First I ordered 25ft once received it was definitely not 25 ft. So I returned it. So I went ahead and ordered the 50ft one they have it advertised everywhere it’s “kink free” well it’s not and it took me nearly 20 mins just to water my grass. Sad to say I just wasted my money for this to sit on the side of my house I don’t have the patience to do another return so I’m back to using my old one. The seller needs to do better I don’t know how they have good reviews for this item. Maybe the short ones work better and it’s kink free but the 50ft one is definitely not kink free and it’s cheaply made.

UPDATE. While I stand by my original review--which was a one-star review because the hose began to leak right away--several months after I had put the hose aside and replaced it with another, I happened look up the same garden hose on Amazon. I saw that the manufacturer provided a 2-year warranty. I'm not sure if that was always evident, but after seeing that, I contacted the seller/manufacturer and asked if they would honor their warranty. Surprisingly, they responded right away and offered to send me a replacement hose. Honestly, that was not something I expected, so I've added two stars for great customer service. After i get the replacement, I'll see if it holds up. If it does, I'll likely update my review one more time. Purchased in July 2024. By October, the hose connector developed a leak. I replaced the washer, used plumber's tape and otherwise tried to fix the leak, but nothing worked. I tried finding a way to contact the seller since I've had the product too long to simply send it back for a refund. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to directly message the seller/manufacturer. A hose should definitely last more than a few months (of light use). Very unhappy with this purchase.

I am an ass. I don’t leave five-star reviews just to pad their reviews. I also have owned dozens of hoses in my 58 years, and feel let down by so many that promise things like “this is the last hose you will ever buy.” (One from Home Depot was actually branded, “The last hose you will ever buy.” It is no longer with us, so to speak.) Many hoses claim they are easy, flexible, strong, and reliable. This one actually is. Supple rubber, flexible and easy to move, lightweight, and yet strong. Instantly uncoils with no “memory.” Rarely pinches (and only due to “user error,” so to speak.). Sturdy connectors. I had to use a wrench to tighten it hard to the spigot because the spigot was old and corroded; no problem. I’ve used it for watering, car washing, pressure washing (hooking up to a pressure washer), and other things, and it is the best hose I have ever owned. I have the 100 foot length, which provides 50 more feet to crimp and bend and pinch and fail than a 50 foot hose. Nope. Easy to extend, easy to wind back up. A hose should not be something you notice. It should uncurl, not pinch, and just work without forcing you to “fight” it or struggle to not cause a pinch that cuts off the water. I highly recommend this hose.
