After viewing countless commercials on this product, I finally purchased one. I love its lightweight, flexibility and ease in watering my back yard and spraying my ducks and geese that come to the feeder. It coils up easily without any issues. The hose it replaced was your typical green hose that ALWAYS kinked and knotted. Great purchase.

Was very good to work with when first purchased. Put away for winter and this spring the nozzle leaked...changed gasget with extra one sent with purchase. Still leaked. Found that the nozzle itself was cracked. This is supposed to be covered by a warranty?? Need a replacement sent free under warranty.

This hose worked perfectly for the first few months—strong water pressure, easy to handle, and no kinks. Unfortunately, after about four months of regular use, it developed a leak. That said, the company stood behind their product and sent me a replacement at no charge, which really impressed me. It’s great to see a brand that not only delivers a solid product but also values its customers.

Hose is great for a spray hose but if you want to use it as a sprinkler hose, it doesn't work as well - isn't as convenient. You can't really stretch it out as far as it will go to place the sprinkler - unless your water is on - otherwise it bounces back. I've had to stake it to the ground to get it to hold and then have to turn the water off to move it. The hose is light weight and does easily store and doesn't kink. It does retract on its own. So far, it's holding up in the direct sun. I like it as a spray hose but not as a sprinkler hose. The spray nozzle is why I'm giving this just 3 stars. It is supposed to be a $30 value but it's cheaply made and leaks around the spray pattern selector. I get more water out of the selector than I do out the nozzle. I bought a cheap spray nozzle at home depot that works much better.

I have never returned after owning a product for a year to write a review but had to hear. This hose and nozzle are fantastic. I was tired of lugging heavy hoses around and thought I would give this a try. Never kinks/leaks, and when it recoils it fits in a small flower pot! Don't hesitate to buy this!

After 6 months my hose started cracking at base, then it just split a hole.We never leave it on and my husband is OCD about draining it after every use. We were told to pay shipping to send it back. No better than others we have bought. I threw it in trash
