  • BEST hose ever!
Style: SwivelGrip Size: 100ft Color: Slate Grey
There is a reason one should spend extra on hoses! I have 2 acres in Texas and do not have a sprinkler system so I am constantly moving hoses and sprinklers to water. I try other hoses because of sales but I always return them for flexzilla hoses. The swivelgrip makes it very easy to securely connect without leakages and disconnect. The color is very nice (we have gray and brown). We have had them for YEARS with dogs and children and high use; very durable. They rarely kink, they are lightweight. By far the best hoses. ... show more

  • Durable Garden Hose That Withstands California Heat ☀️
Style: Standard Grip Size: 50ft Color: Chartreuse
We live in California, where summer temperatures reach around 109°F, and all our previous hoses cracked from the heat. This Flexzilla hose handles extreme temperatures perfectly — it doesn’t overheat thanks to its bright color, and the quality is excellent. It’s not super lightweight because of the fabric covering, but it’s still easy to use and store. The installation was simple, and it works great for everyday watering and outdoor use no leakage. Overall, a reliable and sturdy hose for hot climates. I hope this review was helpful. ... show more

  • Good Hose, Does Kink
Style: SwivelGrip Size: 50ft Color: Forest Green
I picked up the hose in Forest Green to handle watering my new yard after moving into my house, and overall, it’s been pretty solid. The build quality feels really good — the hose is thick and sturdy, so I don’t worry about it bursting or getting damaged easily. The color is nice too; the forest green blends in well with the lawn and garden, which I actually like better than bright, flashy hoses. That said, I have noticed it gets kinks here and there, which can be a bit annoying when I’m trying to water evenly. It’s not terrible and nothing too crazy, but it does happen enough that I have to spend a little extra time untangling or straightening it out. It’s not super stiff, so it moves around fairly easily, but those occasional kinks are the main drawback. The length is just right for my yard, and the GHT fittings make it easy to connect to my existing setup without any leaks. I also appreciate that it feels flexible enough to maneuver around plants and garden beds without too much effort. Overall, I’d give this hose a solid 4 out of 5. It’s well built and does the job, but if you want something that’s totally kink-free, this might not be perfect. Still, for the price and quality, it’s been a reliable hose that’s made watering my new garden much easier. ... show more

  • Best flexible hose I have ever owned and worth it.
Style: Standard Grip Size: 75ft Color: Chartreuse
This might be the last hose you'll buy. I have owned it for 3 years now, and it's holding up as well as my black "all-rubber" hose that is 24 years old! I saw this PREMIUM HYBRID POLYMER and questioned if it can be - Ultra-flexible (even "below freezing") and won't kink under pressure. It is holding up to rubber and still lighter all at the same time. It truly is worth the price when you consider NO more aggravation or replacing cheap plastic hoses every other year. The bright green will fade over time, but that doesn't bother me. My only regret is not buying it longer. Store it properly, don't drive over the fittings and it should last a lifetime. ... show more

  • Not light weight, kinks easily, terrible to use
Style: Standard Grip Size: 75ft Color: Chartreuse
I really wanted to like this hose. I bought it to replace a lightweight expanding hose which popped after a couple of years of use. This is what I've typically seen with the lightweight hoses. The core is usually made of something like surgical tubing, with a woven fabric cover. Without water pressure, the tubing collapses and the hose is very light and easy to move around. When it fills up with water, the tubing expands and the woven cover keeps it from bursting. They work great for a couple of years until the weather and the sun's UV rays degrade the core, at which point they get full of cracks and spring a leak. I've never had one last more than a couple of years and I've also never had any luck trying to repair one. They work until they don't and that's that. I bought the Flexzilla hose because it is supposed to be light and durable, plus Flexzilla is supposed to have a great reputation. In my experience, none of those things are true. To start off, this hose doesn't feel significantly lighter than the old vinyl hoses that we all grew up with. It's heavy and somewhat bulky. I have a stainless hose rack bolted to the side of my house, and coiling this thing up to hang is a bit of a chore. It tends to tangle up when you coil it, which means you spend a lot of time working out the tangles. Not the best but I can live with that part. The part I can't live with is that it will kink shut at the slightest provocation. As soon as I got it, I screwed it onto the hose bib outside and coiled it up on the hose rack. A short while later I went to use it and every few feet it would loop itself into a kinked section that would shut off the water flow. The only way to get it to work was to start at the bib end and completely stretch it out straight. For a 75 foot hose, this takes both time and room. You can't just unspool the amount of hose you need (say 10 feet or so) because it kinks even when it's on the hose rack. Every time you use it, you have to fight the whole thing off the rack, straighten it, and then fight it back onto the rack again when you're done. Even with it stretched out and the water pressure on, it has a tendency to coil up again and kink shut. I tried a handful of times to see if maybe I could work around these problems, but I could never get the silly thing to work. It fought me every step of the way. I used it exactly twice before I unscrewed it from the hose bib and put it back in the box to return. Even the old vinyl garden hoses that we used to use 20 years ago were easier to use. They were heavy and difficult to wind, but they didn't kink nearly as easily as this one. There isn't a single thing I liked about this hose. If you have a wind-up hose reel, this hose may work for you. A lot of people sure seem to like it based on the reviews. However, it flat out didn't work for me no matter what I tried. I hate returning products but this one is going back. I'm getting another expanding hose and resigning myself to replacing it in 2-3 years. At least I'll be able to use it in the meantime. ... show more

  • I have 3 of these
Style: Standard Grip Size: 100ft Color: Chartreuse
A good hose is hard to find. These are great and rarely kink up. I bought a dollar store hose and tried to used that for a while in a different part of the yard and I was so frustrated with it's crappy quality that bought 2 more of this hose. I haven't been angry about my hose situation since!

Excellent hose that is durable, very lightweight, and easy to maneuver around the yard (due to it's kink free design). Works great around the garden and with power washers. Don't hesitate to purchase one of these great Flexzilla hoses. Two thumbs up!
