I recently had some work done in my front yard that resulted in a strip of grass that needed to be reseeded. I wanted a sprinkler that just covered that new seed area w/o watering the entire lawn twice a day for a few weeks. All of the other products I saw were just soaker hoses that would not reach the full width of the area. This hose is a strip with pin holes that spray up and rain down along the length of the hose, exactly what I needed! It was easy to install and appears to be durable. You can adjust the pressure at the tap for how high (and therefore how wide) it will sprinkle. I barely turned it on and watered a path about 2 feet wide and 75 feet long while wasting very little water. This alone probably offset the cost of the hose. ... show more

Loved them while they worked but it was short lived. Questionable durability, I didn’t use them frequently and they both got small tears in them which caused the water pressure to drop and the sprinklers don’t work. I will have to patch up with tape and hope that works. I’m sad because I prefer them over the drip hoses but not if they won’t even last a season. ... show more

This hose is an incredible value. It’s a decent length to reach all the areas in my garden. The hose is more of a flat design vs the traditional circular designs of most hoses. This hose was easy to lay out and zigzag across my lawn, even more pliable than another brand I purchased. It also connected perfectly to the end of another flat hose, which was convenient.     • Works ok, but now exactly what I expected

The hose shoots water a lot farther than I expected and the next to last hole in the hose shoots out way more waler than the other holes and shoots the water up to 15 feet. If I knew it would shoot water as far as it does (up to about 6 to 10 feet for all the holes except the one I just mentioned) I would have just used my sprinkler. On the plus side, when my garden plants get larger the leaves on the plants will probably limit the watering distance considerably. Update: My wife noted that the water holes in the hose should probably have been pointing down instead of up. I think she was correct, but I have put the hose away for the winter, so I am updating my review and rating. ... show more

Flexible. Appears to be well made. Easy to install and keep in place with the garden stakes provided. Good even distribution of water. Since the hose arrives coiled in a box, I do recommend that the hose be laid out flat for a day or two. The heat from the sun will help flatten the hose for easier placement.     • Does not last. Cracks and splits. One season, at best. Cheap junk.

Didn't last long. No doubt the hose must be brought in when not in use or it dries out and cracks/splits. Maybe it would last in a cool damp climate, but forget about it if you live where there is lots of sunshine and hot temperatures. Do not need a one season hose. Would not buy again.
