This hose is an absolute winner, and I’ve tried most of the ones from Lowe’s and Home Depot all claiming to do all this fancy things but this hose is basic and the functionality just works material. I like the hose. It has a solid feel and the connections don't leak. It does have a strong tenancy to twist and kink. A little planning can prevent most of that. I turn the water on and stretch out the section of hose I need. Starting at the faucet end, I straighten all the twists and bends. I live on a farm and need a very durable, lightweight hose to get water out. I've lived here 14 years and had no success with a good hose for my purposes until I found this one! It is so lightweight, very durable and folds up into a nice coil for easy storing which has never the case. I'm a Costco cheerleader normally, but the hose I recently bought from them was advertised as kink-free or something to that effect. That couldn't have been a more inaccurate description. It kinked constantly, stayed kinked and eventually split at one of the kinks. As a replacement, I found this hose on Amazon. It appeared to have very good reviews, so I bought one. In short, it's the best hose I've ever owned. Absolutely, positively kink-free and it rewinds on my hose cart like a dream. The funny thing is, the hose leader that goes from the spigot to the hose cart which I've had for quite some time and love is exactly the same brand. I didn't even know it until I attached this new hose. I live in the desert southwest where the temps top 110 pretty consistently in the summer, and that hose leader hasn't shown any signs of wear or stress at all (even though it gets direct sun exposure). I love the fact that this hose is light and doesn’t kink up! It’s easy to roll back up . The color is also a nice touch ! I currently have the 50 ft , but will soon buy the 100 ft for the side of the house so it can reach around to the front driveway. This hose is worth it!
