Loved this hose the first year. Then the hose protector broke. Then the sprayer started leaking in year 1. Just now it's now 2 years old and the sprayer leaks so bad it's not usable. The hose now has many leaks. I have taken great care of this hose. So very disappointed. Contacted Pocket Hose directly. They sent an upgraded replacement hose. Great product support. Leaking at the faucet connection upon installation. Troubleshooted and found the root cause - The washer on the hose, and the spare washers were too thin. Luckily, I had thicker washers in my tool box. The thicker washes resolved the water leakage issues at the faucet connection.
