I honestly wasn't prepared for how much I would love this thing! I have 2 cats and I travel a lot for work so being able to not only control it remotely but also see updates has given me peace of mind while I'm away. They started using it right away. I haven't scooped litter in months and I'm never going back! There's also no more dust or foul smells in our home and that alone was worth it's weight in gold. We don't have a ton of space in our home so I auditioned putting it in my office to see how it would go and as long as you autopack the trash anytime it's full and replace the scent bar whenever needed, you won't notice a smell. I wouldn't keep it in my office if there was any smell at all. We use scoop away litter packs because they're small and easy to fit into the main compartment. It can be tough trying to fill the main compartment with litter if you use a big cardboard box so just a heads up there. The whole compartment can be removed and you can tilt it back to fill it up but we just prefer the smaller packs and the litter itself performs well so that's why we use it. I also haven't had to replace the litter in months either. It's good to deep clean every few months but the litter is constantly rotating which means that all you really have to do is just add more. Everything comes already assembled which is amazing! All you have to do is add the bags, add the litter, and plug it in. There are also some cool functions that let me know that my cats will always be safe. The proximity sensor on the front will prevent the device from working if a cat is nearby and the scales in the feet also help you keep track of your cats weight which is pretty awesome! It's definitely a lot of money to spend on a litter box but I personally think it was well worth it. Enough about the Furbulous, honestly the most important part is the customer service. They're extremely friendly and responsive which is somewhat rare these days. If you're on the fence, give it a shot! I promise you won't want to go back. ... show more

Whoa! Here’s what I want to say - hit that button - the purchase button - do it now! I have one of each: - Litter Robot 3 - first one I ever purchased, still works. - Litter Robot 4 - had trouble getting it to sync to rotate. Works sporadically well. - PetSnowy - similarly styled to this item. Works well, no complaints. Uses special bags that semi close so the smell isn’t bad. - Furbulous - Wow! 🫨 I’m in love. Let me tell you, here is the difference and why I would buy the Furbulous again when one of the others stop working. - Easy set up. - Deodorizer smells great. - App is spot on and works all the time. - but the trash is where it’s it. Yes, it requires special bags, but SO worth it! The machine cycles well, no hiccups, no blinky light, just cycles and cleans. When the trash was full, it let me know to pack the bag. Yes, it took about 30 seconds, but when I opened the drawer - IT WAS SEALED. Like no smell could escape, I didn’t see moldy clumps, it was a black bag, sealed, and upon pushing in the drawer, the machine set itself up for the next round. The only downside, if you call it that, is that it is big. But, it is still smaller than my PetSnowy one, if that is any consolation. And priced much butter than the Litter Robots. I normally never write a bad review. This cat litter box is terrible. It stopped working on within a week. For almost $400 it is one of the worst buys I have ever made. It does nothing and when the barrel decides to go around to empty out the waste Urine leaks around the barrel. The litter does not stay in the bag when it scoops out. It does not help with the smell at all, it would only clean the litter box when it wanted to not when the cat went to the bathroom. I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in. If I could’ve gave it a zero I would have we used another one previous, which they no longer make that I would buy from Amazon. My recommendation is stay away from this litter box. ... show more
