almost 2 years and doing good. I have experienced wind gusts of at least 30 mph and this year finally put the snow load to the test having about a foot of snow on it. I think it's safe to assume it's durable. Couple cons is it does take some effort installing along with a 2nd set of hands. the other is the installation instructions were horrible and took forever. Finally I did have one issue and that was when they were manufacturing they didn't do quality control and sent me a part that wasn't the correct size and needed replacement that took 3 weeks

The installation manual had some errors, and some sketchy illustrations, so we had to do some things more than once to get them right. But, the job, and awning turned out really nice.

Arrived in reasonable timeframe. Package was undamaged. Assembly was a little complicated and we modified it for the slope we needed. Supports are bolted to concrete piers. When completed it was sturdy and just what we needed for the space.

Well I must say I was skeptical about ordering this on line, fearful of potential damage and the hassle of returning pieces and parts. Due to the reviews I read I figured here we go and I would need to back it up with a positive review after our installation. I consider myself somewhat of a handyman and should be able to take it on with the help of my son. My issue is the awning I ordered was a 12x20 the awning I need, needed to be 8’ on one end 12’ on the other by the 20’ width. So with some slight modifications by my son and I, were able to cut every panel as needed for a complete custom installation in just under 8 hours. The over all quality exceeded my expectations with fit and finish coming in at an “A” rating. All the screws, nut, bolts and anchors all being included. The only con would be the lack of a downspout, but a quick trip to Lowe’s and $40 later problem solved.

Do not buy this product from seller , terrible customer service !!! Blames the buyer for there defects in there low class product , will not accept responsibility for there faulty product and will refer you to make your home owners insurance go up , very unprofessional , asked for higher management and president and they will just make more excuses , had a near tragic experience with there awning and hope now else has to go through this . Very disappointed coustomer , for the price you pay , you should get refund when your product fails only after a few months of use . Do Not Buy there junk !!
