This bench will do everything you need it to and at an affordable price. Its not as sturdy as products from rogue and ghost but it also comes in at a price much lower than those. If youre not trying to be a powerlifter then this bench will literally do everything you need it to. The previous model was very poorly designed in my opinion but this version does exactly what you want a bench to do. Definitely worth the lower cost and would buy again. Flybirds customer service is top notch which is why I gave this a 5 star. 4 stars for the bench itself but their customer service has been world class. Thanks! ... show more

Bought as a gift for my son. Watched him take it out of the box to assemble. Sturdy, super quick and easy to assemble, and then disassemble to fold flat. Would definitely buy again.

Just received the Flybird FB299 adjustable bench . From my first impression it is good quality product good looking ,feel sturdy very versatile angles, compact for small home,weight about 15Kg,I am about 170cm and it is comfortable.     • Good bench, but not necessarily for tall people
This bench has enabled me to do complete workouts from home with my DB sets if I don't feel like going to the gym. However, if you're a tall person with a long torso, the 6'2" estimate for this bench won't be as accurate. My boyfriend is 6'3", so I was hoping this would work for him, but his head completely clears the back of this bench when he tries to lay down on it. Keep that in mind if you have this body type. I'm 5'4", so I typically have the opposite problem. For me, this bench feels a little tall for me doing hip thrusts, but other than that, it works perfectly. ... show more

Like many these days, going to the gym is something we want to do, but time is a challenge in this working from home world. I have a great selection of dumbbells and free weights so why not setup a bench in my home office. Love the quality of this bench. I am 260 lbs and adding anywhere from 50 to 125lbs during a workout has had no effect on the stability of this bench. Appreciate the range of positions as well as I can pack it up in seconds and place against the wall and it only takes seconds and I am ready to do a workout. Nice job ... show more

    • Exceeded expectations - very sturdy and the right height.
After reading many reviews and watching a number of review videos, I wasn't 100% sure this was the right bench for me, but it seemed to have all of the features I wanted. My biggest concern was how the previous generation was too tall. Some people thought it was not stable enough. Well, all I can say is that this version is exactly what I wanted! It feels just like a bench in a gym. It's easy to fold up to slide under a bed or into a closet. It is stable while using and is the right height. I really like all of the positions you can set it in - incline, decline, flat, plus the seat can be raised into a few different positions. Very happy with the bench! ... show more
