Easy to put together, very sturdy. I’m 190 pounds and with dumbells close to 300 and this is completely sturdy and comfortable flat or incline. Wheels make it easy to move. Very happy with it.

Review : Very happy with this weightlifting bench. No problems with assembly. Came with all of the parts and tools. Quality of the metal and cushioning is subperb. Adjusting the frame and seat to different angles is simple and easy. Since this bench is the heavy version and I have puny muscles, it is a little cumbersome to move around. I don't plan to move it so I'm still happy. One pleasant surprise was that the front leg base is adjustable with gears in case if it ever needs to be placed on an uneven surface. I put this bench in my basement which can get very humid and damp. I have a plan to control the humidity, but I'm a little worried this bench might not survive since there's a warning in the user manual. Recommendation: I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a heavy weight lifting bench for their home. If you need to have a moveable bench, I would buy a smaller and lighter product. Pros : -Assembly was easy -Cushions were comfortable and thick -Adjusting seats and frame were as simple as it can be -I like how the front leg base can be altered in case the floor surface is not even Cons : -Can not be used in a damp environment per user manual -Can not be used in direct sunlight per user manual -Moving it is not super convenient unless your big and strong ... show more

I was trying to find a very heavy duty and strong. end with no movement or issues while lifting heavy weights, and to this end this. bench is excellent. It's very well. built and heavy steel used. The pads also look as though they'll last years. The incline/decline on the. inch is easy to adjust and sturdy with no movement at every angle. The only issue I can really find ic nit kind is the. seating pang of the bench and the top part have too far a separation (almost 2 inches) when flat. When the. inch is elevated they come together nicely, but not in the flat position and you may ind yourself sitting in that gap so you have to keep it in mind when sitting with the weights. But, that is the only issue I have. The price and quality ratio are there and after much research into looking at all the. benches this one is an excellent choice. ... show more

    • A good beginner's bench, but if you're serious, look elsewhere
This bench worked great compared to the much cheaper FlyBird bench I was using when doing dumbbell only exercises. Once I got a squat rack and barbell/plates, I needed an upgrade and this was what I went with. Initially, it seemed great. It was easy to put together, was very stable for chest supported rows, etc. However, as I continued using it, more and more things began to bother me about it. 1) It has no wheels. A bench isn't necessary for every exercise so this thing gets moved around a lot. But moving it without wheels is a bit awkward as you have to lift the entire bench. Sometimes I'd misplace my grip and accidentally adjust the seat instead of picking it up. 2) The gap between the seat and the rest of the bench can make things awkward. When I use this for bench press, I spend more time than I'd like positioning myself on the bench properly so I'm always in contact with it where I need to be. 3) The width of the bench is not uniform and gets incredibly narrow. In fact, the most narrow part of the bench is 10 inches, which leads to me having to flip it around for bench press so I don't have a shoulder blade hanging off of the edge of the bench. I'm 6'3 so this was an issue for me, but others may see this as more of a pro than a con. 4) Its sturdiness has occasionally come into question. At the beginning of my workout journey I would step on it for supported pull ups. The creaking it made during this made me a bit uneasy. I was even more uneasy when it did that while bench pressing heavier weight. ... show more
