Great bench. It is a good height from the floor and very stable, no wobble. Easily adjusts and stays sturdy on all levels. It has a good weight to it, heavy enough not to slip on the floor under load but not too heavy to easily move it when it comes time to clean the floors. It is very comfortable to workout on. Review : Very happy with this weightlifting bench. No problems with assembly. Came with all of the parts and tools. Quality of the metal and cushioning is subperb. Adjusting the frame and seat to different angles is simple and easy. Since this bench is the heavy version and I have puny muscles, it is a little cumbersome to move around. I don't plan to move it so I'm still happy. One pleasant surprise was that the front leg base is adjustable with gears in case if it ever needs to be placed on an uneven surface. I put this bench in my basement which can get very humid and damp. I have a plan to control the humidity, but I'm a little worried this bench might not survive since there's a warning in the user manual. Recommendation: I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a heavy weight lifting bench for their home. If you need to have a moveable bench, I would buy a smaller and lighter product. Pros : -Assembly was easy -Cushions were comfortable and thick -Adjusting seats and frame were as simple as it can be -I like how the front leg base can be altered in case the floor surface is not even Cons : -Can not be used in a damp environment per user manual -Can not be used in direct sunlight per user manual -Moving it is not super convenient unless your big and strong

I spent a couple days plotting on how I would like to spend my hard earn money on a quality bench, yet nothing over the top. I wanted a FID bench that could hold my 200lb build; in addition, adding an additional 200-300lbs from squats to benching, and this flybird bench was just the right one for me. After look all over amazon, all the bench companies look to all use the same bench product, different logo slapped on top, and probably have their own quality assurance teams. I ended up buying this one in particular due to the heavy duty build, the reputation of flybird being above average, and its ability to hold a lot of weight and be a FID bench. My only gripe is I genuinely don't think this body of this thing is constructed of solid steel. If you tap on the metal, is makes a bright ting noise like if you're tapping aluminum, and not steel. Steel, being more dense, would have a deeper tone if used to construct this bench. Also, the metal is like a blasted cerakote, so it doesn't really look like a solid paint you would see from higher end benches. So I genuinely don't believe this is steel. Overall, I would recommend to buy for your first bench if you can't find a used, higher quality bench elsewhere.

I purchased this bench 5 months ago and secured a really good price for it here on Amazon. *** CONS *** .... My only concern after using the bench so far is the black covering material. It moves and stretches on the surface more than I feel it should, but that could just be me, as I'm pretty picky. *** PROS *** .... The bench arrived on-time, was well packaged, no damage, no scratches, no torn material and all hardware and tools were available. .... The assembly process was very easy. I had it put together in less than half an hour. .... The bench is extremely durable and heavy duty. I routinely use it for flat chest press, incline press, flat flies, incline flies, seated dumbbell presses and more. .... The bench is very well constructed with a sturdy and well positioned footprint for securely lifting heavy loads. .... Thick pad. *** OVER ALL RECOMMENDATION *** .... The bench is a "Fantastic Bench". .... Highly Recommend. I Hope this honest review helps anyone looking to upgrade their current weight bench, and/or wanting to invest in a great quality heavy duty bench.

After spending much time and research on an adjustable bench I settled on this one based on the reviews. I was a bit hesitant with the purchase as I also have the flybird collapsible flat bench. i am not the biggest fan of the flat bench, at least the model I have. It looks like there is now a newer model that may have some improvements. This bench is a totally different story. I am not an elite lifter by any means but at around 215 I have had 300 pounds on the bar with no issues from the bench. I have not noticed any rocking or movement while on this bench. The same cannot be said for the flat bench.... I have used Rogue benches and pretty much everything else under the sun at commercial gyms and can say while this is obviously not to the same build quality as a Rogue bench it definitely the job and you can't beat it for the price. The only thing that could be added is a handle for moving the around. There is an area under both the back pad as well as the seat pad you can use to move the bench but a dedicated handle on the base could be useful. Edit.... After using the bench for a few more months now I no longer feel a handle along the base for movement is necessary. There is room under both the backpad as well as seat to move the bench. I wish the top of the bench was wider and did not taper in but all and all it has been a great bench for my home gym
