I have a heavy duty bench for bench pressing and heavier weights I use with my Titan rack. But I didn't want to lug that around the gym for landmine or pulldown exercises. So this served that purpose. It's light weight, fordable and we'll padded. And Flybird has a good reputation. It was also reasonably priced. Don't know that it's something I'd use for very heavy lifting, but as a secondary for landmine, dumbbell work and body weight exercises it works just fine.

This bench was ready to flip open and use, right out of the box. That was sweet. Opening the legs takes a couple steps, and not something I'd want to do on the daily ... but not problematic. It takes 2-3 minutes to complete both sides, if you are deliberate. Only 60-90 seconds if you are quick. Take-down is just a little slower, but not by much. Pretty simple for one person to accomplish. The wight is very manageable. Just over 20#, well distributed, and lots of convenient grips for lifing and carrying. The bench cover appears to be better/thicker than average vinyl. It should hold up well with reasonable care. The bench feels rock solid right now ... I weigh about 300#. I will be using peimarily for dumbell work, so I don't fear over-loading. No wobbles. No obvious weld flaws. I find this an excellent value for the money. We are OTR truck drivers and plan to use this for workouts on the road. Ease of use, solid feel, and relatively lightweight are all big advantages. If this fails in any way, I'll update this reveiw.

the bench is decent. its serves the purpose that i bought it for in that the legs quickly and easily fold in and out for easy storage. i pull the bench out when i want to use it and put it back in the closet when im done as i dont have a dedicated space for equipment. there are no complications and its fairly simple in design. the bench feels sturdy and im sure it will last a long time. while i like the bench fine, i feel like it is a bit overpriced for what i paid for it at the time. i find the cheap graphic printed on the bench to be aesthetically cheesy and dumb. exercise equipment in general is quite pricey these days and this is no exception. i bought this for the storage capability. if id had dedicated space i would have paid a little more for something better quality. be that as it may, the bench is still fine and i like it and it will work for me for a while.

Good bench. Lightweight, but firm, at least so far. I'm 200lbs, holds me and weights without any problems. Easy to set up. No complaints.

This assembles easily, folds for easy storage (lean agains the wall behind a door or slip under the bed. It is very sturdy and has performed great. Our only issue is that the two benches, purchased March 22 and May 23, are not the same dimensions. They are roughly the same as each other - an inch or so off in every dimension - and neither match the description. If we didn't already have the first we wouldn't have noticed. The product listing when we purchased had two separate items, not just a different color selection. We made sure to get the same thing as that is what we wanted. That is when we discovered the first one didn't match the dimensions listed either. When the second arrived and was assembled we stored them beside each other and noted the differences. It is not an issue at all in functionality, just something we noticed. If we see a need, we would not hesitate to purchase a third - of this "exact" same thing.

I purchased this bench for my home fitness room, which also doubles as my home office. It was super easy to set up (took <5 minutes) and it's light weight enough to move around wherever I need it. It also folds flat for closet storage but I haven't needed to fold it up yet since it's so easy to move against the wall. Because it is so light weight, I like to push it against the wall for exercises like hip thrusts so it doesn't slide backwards, but it is very sturdy if you're laying on it for chest presses, etc. and I even use it for bench hop overs and incline push ups, etc. without needing to brace it against anything. Overall, I'm kind of obsessed with this bench and it's the perfect price point, size, and weight for my tiny home gym!
