Me and my husband are impressed when we receive this bench. We didn’t not think this bench would be anything like it is. It is easy to assemble with clear instructions. It is sturdy, and it could sit securely on a flat floor. The padded top is nice and thick. We fold it up when it is not in use. My husband uses this bench for hardcore workouts, with a lot of weight and pressure. This product works perfect for quality exercise at home!!

It‘s a decent bench for light to medium weight training. It has a softer top compare to gym bench, which provides excellent support for medium weight. It’s a good addition to my home gym. I feel this is a must for me now to do any weight training at home. A gym mat is recommended if you do hip thrust on it.

The quality of bench is good, it feels soft and it's light. I can easily pack it up or set it up even it's a little bit larger than I thought. I bought this for my strength training but my cat seems to like it more than I do.

I wanted a flat bench for some exercises I was doing but I didn’t want to take a lot of space up, so I found and purchased this gem. It’s light weight, comes fully assembled and is easy to set up. It’s a little wobbly but I think you can tighten the screws if you need it to be super stable, for what I do it’s not really an issue once I get in place. Four stars because the fabric on the bottom in four spots (one each side, same place…so manufacturing flaw) is “ripped”. I say ripped but it’s clearly manufactured that way. Hopefully won’t actually rip and become an issue over time.

I bought this bench for my son as he needed one to use for workouts. Once I received it in the package, I was easily able to set it up for use. It is light and portable but also sturdy. When working out on it he feels that it’s stable and comfortable as well. In addition the padding is cool and comfortable. I would highly recommend this bench for anyone that’s looking to perform basic exercises on a bench. The only thing that would make the bench better would be a feature that allows you to adjust the height of the bench in order to target different muscles. All in all, the bench is high quality for the price and is exactly what I was looking for.

Because of the Covid cases going up and down. I decided to make my own gym at home. This bench is wonderful for a lot of work out that I usually did at gym. It’s sturdy , yet it’s comfortable. I recommend this bench to everyone.
