This is a great solution for a small at-home gym where you need a good core workout bench for sit-ups, crunches and back exercises. You can use it for some weightlifting, but it only reclines down, it doesn't recline up, so it wouldn't be the best for shoulder presses or chest and arm exercises where you need to be sitting up at an angle. But for sit-ups or any kind of back exercise this is extremely versatile. It's heavy enough to put all your weight on it while bending forward or doing sit-ups. Since it angles down, incline sit-ups at two different angles are possible as well. It took a little while to get it built, but now that it's together it feels very strong and sturdy. I don't anticipate breaking it anytime soon. The padding is thick and should stand up to lots of use over the next few years. It is a great complement to my home gym equipment.

I am beyond impressed and elated with this FlyBird adjustable bench. When I first took it out of the packaging I was stunned by the quality, all of the parts are sturdy and durable. Plus the company took great care to make sure that it arrived safely and not all broken and damaged. It reminds me of a piece of equipment from the gym, it’s that great! It was fairly simple to put together as far as benches go. There's a video near the bottom of where it is purchased on Amazon to help with pretty clear and easy to understand installation directions. Also, one of the pictures in their description shows you pictures of the different steps. I love how versatile this piece of equipment is because there are quite a few different exercises that you can do on it. You can do normal sit-ups or with a decline, as well as inverted sit-ups. I love that they have designated foot placement pads for doing inverted sit-ups as opposed to just foam padding. You can use it like a normal bench, and I love the fact that it is almost the same length as a regular weight lifting bench at the gym that you would use under a universal press. You can sit facing the leg pads and do preacher curls, or you can flip around the pads to make it like a chair to do seated presses, etc. There are so many different exercises you can use this adjustable bench for, it’s amazing! This bench also works for different ranges of heights. My Mom and me are 5’3 and use this bench for everything, and I mean everything. My Dad and brother are over 6’0 foot and 250 lbs, and they can still do the same types of exercises without the bench being too short. I’m very impressed that the bench isn’t rickety or moving around as we all do exercises on it. The foot pads hold you securely in place as well, you feel stable as you exercise. We were a little concerned that the legs on this bench would flip up when we were doing inverted sit-ups, but the way this bench is made it is very sturdy and that hasn't been a problem. I have nothing but good things to say about this bench. This bench has leveled up my fitness game, and I highly recommend!
