This is an amazing embroidery machine. When I purchased the machine, it was the only one on Amazon that I could find that included the stand. If you look, many other embroidery machines included the dimensions with a stand, but did not include the stand with the purchase of the embroidery machine. This machine also included a bobbin winder, thread, hat station and several other accessories. The embroidery looks great when completed, and the machine functions smoothly and is fast. If any questions arise, the support team is there at all hours of the day to help you. There are also several videos online that are extremely helpful resources. This is a great machine and the support I received was phenomenal! Every question I had was answered promptly-with the exception that it was China time zone. Even with the time difference the support was prompt and efficient. There is a large learning curve to using a commercial embroidery machine and it took me about a week to get the hang of it but with the support I received, I've got it. ... show more

Machine takes some time to learn but once you got it-then you understand it! Cannot say enough about the customer service. All my questions were answered asap. I mainly use for hats/caps. Only wished it was cheaper, but happy to use it.
