Awesome machine & customer service
Delivery of the machine was on time and package was secured very well. Items that came with the machine are fantastic. Setup wasn’t too difficult. Customer service has been great so far. I have had a few minor issues with stitching a design, but with communication with customer service hopefully I can get it resolved. **UPDATE** I was able to properly stitch out the design I was having trouble with. David and his team have been absolutely fantastic with helping me figure it out!!!!

Takes time to learn, but fantastic customer service
Machine takes some time to learn but once you got it-then you understand it! Cannot say enough about the customer service. All my questions were answered asap. I mainly use for hats/caps. Only wished it was cheaper, but happy to use it.

BUY IT! This machine includes the stand, wonderful customer service and the embroidery is amazing.
This is an amazing embroidery machine. When I purchased the machine, it was the only one on Amazon that I could find that included the stand. If you look, many other embroidery machines included the dimensions with a stand, but did not include the stand with the purchase of the embroidery machine. This machine also included a bobbin winder, thread, hat station and several other accessories. The embroidery looks great when completed, and the machine functions smoothly and is fast. If any questions arise, the support team is there at all hours of the day to help you. There are also several videos online that are extremely helpful resources. I would highly recommend this machine! It is great for the price and everything it comes with.
