This is a nice foldable workout bench. I love that you can easily fold it up and store it in a closet or under the bed so that it isn't in the way when not in use. Great for a smaller home or apartment where you don't have a dedicated workout room. The bench itself is not very heavy, so easy enough to move around. It was easy to assemble and will fold up relatively easily with just unscrewing the knob and then folding it into the storage position. While a locking pin would be slightly easier- this works just fine. As for strength- It is rated at being able to support 660 lbs. Even for a 300 lb person, that is a lot of weight- so most people will find this bench strong enough for their home workout needs. It is padded and comfortable enough to use for multiple exercises. The bench is attractive and looks well made. Cost is reasonable for what you are getting. Happy to recommend!

This is an excellent, sturdy bench that's simple and easy to assemble. The instructions are clearly written and can be followed exactly as printed (this surprised me). It's very easy to fold up, but it could be improved by the addition of a clasp to secure each folded leg onto the underside of the board. Other than this, there's nothing but good things to say about this exercise bench. Great product. 5 stars

This fixed-height bench is easy to put together, requiring only that you assemble and attach the legs. You will, however, need to provide your own wrench because the included one isn't the correct size. Once assembled, the bench is sturdy, level, and rock solid. If you remove the knob at each end, the legs can be folded in so you can store it flat, if you like. Better than expected; no complaints here.
