    • I love these but I cannot wear them.
As I said, I do LOVE the super improvement in my hearing. Unfortunately, every time I walk by something electronic (TV, computer, refrigerator, etc) they make a horrible screeching noise. I can only stop this by pushing them very deep into my ear canal. Unfortunately again, that makes my ears hurt and they quickly work their way right back out again. I think if they just had a bit more length going into the canal, they would be perfect for me. I am not judging; they may fit other ear canals better and, therefore, be amazing. I went back to using hearing aids I purchased many, many years ago. They are still perfect. They were extremely expensive and they are "over the ear" and I wear glasses. Sometimes my glasses displace them so be aware of that if you consider buying over the ear" hearing aids. ... show more

I did not find most of the existing reviews helpful. They seem to be reviewing a carrying case. The in-ear amplifiers do come with a case which is used to store and recharge. Don't forget to charge them before first use. They fit well for me if I changed the ear plug to the largest size [three sizes are supplied]. The volume is controlled with a tiny screw driver [don't lose this]. I lowered the volume as they were preset too loud. The amps really boost high frequently sounds prerentially with almost too much treble. If this is your problem they will probably work well for you. If not, you may find the sound quality annoying. In summary, they work but don't expect $2000 sound quality from these $80 units. ... show more

hi to whom this may concern. i was happy to get my order of the hearing aids but after about 6 hours of use one off them stopped working. what do i do?

    • Very good quality
I’m glad I decided to buy these hearing aids. They work absolutely wonderfully. It blocks out the unnecessary background noise quite well. They fit very comfortably in my ears. They come with a bunch of spare earbuds as well. I highly recommend these, especially for such a great price.

So I been looking for a lot of hearings aids for 3 weeks on Amazon an made a gamble to try these so far they fit good sound good just hope they last along time
