Horrid fabrication ……..😤🤬 The bench is idiot proof to put together but the metal fab is less then satisfactory…….. put bench together and the entire pad was noticeably twisted , I guess you get what you pay for and I should have spent the extra money 💰 for a Thompson FATPAD , the amount of shims it took to level the bench first then the pad was astronomical, there’s nothing quite like doing the same job 5 times 🤷♂️🤦♂️ And last but not least , if you sit on either corner of the front of this bench you are going to fall over on your tail every single time ……. Again horrid fabrication, attention to detail and functionality 🤬 Very disappointing………

Heavy duty, nice quality and very few pieces to put together. Deducted one star bc the instructions are worthless. After some trial and error everything went together. Honestly it’s 12 bolts total. Feels very stable and comfortable to use!

This is a 5 star bench all day, IF yours arrives not all beat up and mangled. No doubt that some of it was from FedEx handling. But the heavy steal plating on the bench was also mangled directly from the manufacturer. The seat came with tears in places that poor shipping wouldn't have touched. So sadly, it's a 1 star as of now. I sent it back and am waiting for another 1 to be received. I'll update again once it's received to see if the manufacturer mangled parts continue. Received the 2nd bench and I didn't even bother to open it as it came with even more damage from the shipping process than the first one. Gaping holes in the sides of the boxes with clear puncture holes into the pad. I'd say a combination of the item got getting packaged well by the manufacturer and Fedex absolutely destroying it in shipping. Too bad. Best bench for the cost on Amazon

This flat weight bench seems heavy duty and is easy to fold, Easy to assemble, I used this for light excercise by lying and sitting and found very suportive since it is sturdy with steel frame with non slipery base. I feel comfort while doing the workout and does function good.
