The set up time is a little tedious. 10 hour overnight wait time until you can turn on the cold water, and it takes about 30 minutes for the cold water to get cold. The cold is barely cooler than room temperature and the hot water is more like warm. I would never buy this brand again.

It is Loud. Wake you up at 3 am thinking an airplane has crashed into your home loud. The tube that goes into the bottle seems very low quality. The hot isn’t hot enough, the cold isn’t cold enough and the tank is small enough that it runs out before my glass is full. I was mad that my brio died after two years, I’ll be surprised if this lasts 1 year.

We got this because we were tired of refilling waters and putting in the refrigerator. It has three levels of temperature control. Cold, room temperature, and hot. We have not used the hot as we don't use hot water normally. Water dispenses quite nicely and does come out cool. I do wish that the water was colder, but it does the job when needed. It is easy to refill the jug at the bottom by pushing it through the door and slipping the tube through the top. It does not take up much room and the build quality is great. I will say that it does make some sounds when refilling and it does shake, but it does not last long.

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I really like this water dispenser. The hot water is hot enough for tea or coffee. The cold water is perfect. It does have a noise after using or during water. But it goes away right away. It looks great in our small kitchen

This water dispenser is awesome! It’s very sturdy. The door magnets shut. The water flow is thick! It uses every last drop from the bottle. The cold is COLD and the hot is HOTTT! The aesthetic is amazingly sleek and the size is almost perfect—if only it was a little bit taller. Set up is a breeze and the changing bottles takes 60 seconds. The LEDs are bright and large. The noise level is negligible. So, wheres the flaw?? The dispensing/cup area is very dark and we had to add a stick up rechargeable motion light so we can see where the water is flowing and how full the cup is; without the light, the black finish of the unit creates a void of darkness under the spout. Additionally, it’s a bit confusing when identifying where the spouts are located since they do not align with the LEDs. To remedy this, I added some vinyl “arrow” stickers as a visual guide. Those things considered, it’s still a great product and we’re very happy with it.

Bottom Loading Water Dispensers are now the new norm, as they save the lifting of the 5 Gallon bottle and usually have a convenient place to store the water Jug. This Dispenser is a definitely worth the price. It's actually light weight, so it's not hard to move around. The instructions are straight forward as you might assume, and it gives basic cleaning instructions that are easy to follow. Water temperature: I love that this unit dispenser not only Hot & COld, but also Room temperature water as well. The water temperature for both Cold and Hot is fine for my liking, but it's not crazy cold as others have reviewed. it's on the colder side, but not as cold as you'd get by storing a water bottle in your Fridge. On the hot side, it's for sure not 212 degrees, but it's hot enough for me. Water flow: The water flow is fine, it's not super-fast, especially for the hot side, but it's plenty good for the cold side. This unit didn't leak at all. In fact, this unit replaced one I had from Costco and leaked a lot. the top goes on the 5 Gallon Jug snuggly and didn't leak at all. Overall, great unit, I'd highly recommend it,
