I’m a server and I bought these shoes for work because I was tired of my feet and back hurting at the end of my shifts and they did not disappoint. They reduced my pain in my feet and legs greatly. They’re super comfy and cute and they’re a little wide in the toes so you don’t get that narrow shoe toe pain either. I get so many compliments on them at work. My only complaints are that the shoes do rub against the back of the heel and cause blisters but once you break them in that goes away. It did last for kind of a while though. And as far as being slip resistant, i don’t really feel like they are. Especially for a server. They’re definitely less slippy than like converse which is what I used to work in but i would not consider them slip resistant. Anywhere in the restaurant where there’s a lot of water (like around the dish tanks *servers yk what i mean*) i do Find myself sliding a little but they’re great anywhere else around the restaurant. Overall for the price you can’t go wrong. They’re super cute and comfy and provided exactly what i was looking for *EDIT** while my i still agree with my initial review overall I just wanted to let it be know that the tread does wear off. I haven’t had these shoes for long and the bottoms of them are smooth at this point. So for that I maybe would no longer recommend them for servers or anyone who walk ALOT ... show more

Super comfortable and very stylish and a much nicer alternative to sports sneakers. I wore them almost every day on a 3 week trip to Italy. Absolutely no discomfort whatsoever! I’m going to get them in other colors. Easy to clean marks with a damp cloth.

I don’t usually buy these mesh type shoe, but I thought they were nice looking when you need a runner on but still need to be stylish. The reason I bought also is I saw I could take off the gold chain (i like to wash my tennis shoes). I showed my sister in law and she just bought two.
