This is the cheapest bench I have ever seen/used. When I opened the box none of the actual bolts/screws where even tightened down and even after tightening them the bench was still SUPER unstable. This bench is so cheaply made. Save you money or pay a little extra and get something better quality. My first set I felt like it was going to collapse. Horrible! I like the long back, I can stand up and rest my arms on it to do stationary biceps curls with dumbbells. The bottom front has feet bars to assist when doing heavy presses and fly curls while laying down, and doing sit-ups from the front.
