this is a good charger not great, what i love: charging options for amperage, long thick cord to handle high amp charging, the standout colors powder blue one of my favorite colors. what im not crazy about: car charges higher than the rated amperage, so at 40 amps the charger is pulling 44 amps causing it to shutoff. it does the same 32 amps its pulling 35 amps. this could be because the infrastructure that im charging on is really old may have dirty voltage. charger did work well at home. ... show more

Simply said, this is the best ev charger we’ve had. The car says 6 hours to charge when plugged in. This charger does it in 3 hours or less, consistently on 120v & 20 amps. Less on 240v & 40 amps. And the unit DOES NOT HEAT UP! Amazing. If you are considering a new portable dual stage ev charger, this is it. Don’t even bother with any other. Nuff said ... show more

The latch doesn't reach far enough to lock into the charge port, and can easily detach without ever pressing the handle button. It connects well enough to charge, but brushing against it will easily disconnect it. Works fine at 120V, haven't tried 240V yet.
