In terms of weightlifting, I'm a beginner, so I've been looking for an entry-level bench for my home gym that's of good quality but won't break the bank. After browsing many options online, I chose this model from Edostory. Here's my experience so far: The product arrived without any damage. The assembly was much simpler than I expected, with most steps requiring just a wrench and hex bolts. While the product comes with an Allen wrench and a wrench, having a socket set would make the assembly even easier. I was able to put everything together on my own in about 60 minutes. It feels sturdy overall, and the long seat itself has sufficient padding. I also purchased a 7-foot Olympic barbell with a 2-inch diameter, and it fits perfectly on the bench. I've been using weights of 25 pounds, 10 pounds, and 5 pounds for bench presses and arm extensions, and everything has been going smoothly. The moving parts of the bench work well and it comes with clamps to securely hold the weights in place. All in all, it's a good quality product. I'm very satisfied with it so far!

I can't stop raving about the bench set I have got! It's seriously a game-changer for my home workouts. The quality is top-notch, and it's incredibly versatile. For the pros: Everything came with nothing broken or missing. Wasn’t too hard to assemble and the quality seems decent My bumber plates fit the leg workout which I was not expecting! Fit perfect in my garage. Great price! Cons: The bench is a little too high I usually arch my back to bench but my feet don’t even reach the ground and I’m 5,10 so it’s a bit uncomfortable. also the rack can only go as low as the cross bar that sets the bench position allows which is just a bad design. Also no safeties you either finish a full rep or die trying The lat pull down doesnt have the best range of motion it’s useable but barely Same with the preacher curl I feel like I don’t do I full curl on it but still usable. Overall I’m not a picky person and I’m very pleased with what I got for what I paid and now I don’t have to go to my extremely packed gym!

The metal making this frame is thin. But holds up my weight and the weights. Not sure if it will last long in a basement due to moisture, the inner side of the tubing was appearing rusted/patina. The attachments all work.

Ok for shorter people maybe. Im 6'4" and is not really for me as I dont get adequate ROM. The arms seem a bit wobbly with a bar in place and makes me a bit nervous. The leg extension requires me to stack smaller weights where I can get my legs behind the pad. The lat pull down is bad too. Preacher curl attachment is OK but seems flimsy. It seems like it tries to do too many things and never really nails any of them. I would avoid this and get something that does less, but ensures you enjoy doing it.
