In terms of weightlifting, I'm a beginner, so I've been looking for an entry-level bench for my home gym that's of good quality but won't break the bank. After browsing many options online, I chose this model from Edostory. Here's my experience so far: The product arrived without any damage. The assembly was much simpler than I expected, with most steps requiring just a wrench and hex bolts. While the product comes with an Allen wrench and a wrench, having a socket set would make the assembly even easier. I was able to put everything together on my own in about 60 minutes. It feels sturdy overall, and the long seat itself has sufficient padding. I also purchased a 7-foot Olympic barbell with a 2-inch diameter, and it fits perfectly on the bench. I've been using weights of 25 pounds, 10 pounds, and 5 pounds for bench presses and arm extensions, and everything has been going smoothly. The moving parts of the bench work well and it comes with clamps to securely hold the weights in place. All in all, it's a good quality product. I'm very satisfied with it so far!

I can't stop raving about the bench set I have got! It's seriously a game-changer for my home workouts. The quality is top-notch, and it's incredibly versatile. Product shipped and arrived as expected in good condition. All of the piece parts were present and functioned properly, i.e., there were no stripped or damaged pieces, everything fit together as expected, no obviously flawed welds. Two concerns or observations. There is a pretty wide space.between the seat and the back rest...about 4 inches. The pictures show these as flush or almost touching. This leaves on odd unsupported gap that may impact proper positioning for some users based on their height and shape. Additionally, the placement of the back rest impacts the positioning of the bar holder cups which may limit the range of movements you perform... it would be better if these were not tied to each other.

The metal making this frame is thin. But holds up my weight and the weights. Not sure if it will last long in a basement due to moisture, the inner side of the tubing was appearing rusted/patina. The attachments all work.

I’m 5’11” and 170lbs. This machine feels like it was built for someone much smaller. The range of motion is pretty awful. It feels impossible to get a decent stretch. The lat pull-down bar doesn’t let you fully extend your lats, so what’s the point. The leg extension and leg curl are okay but the foam padding is bad quality and you can feel the metal bars underneath. Preacher curls also have terrible range of motion due to the leg extension being the same part of the machine. Additionally, the piece that holds the weights for the leg extension/curl isn’t fit precisely for standard weights so when you curl/extend the weights slide back and forth on the bar. I had to makeshift a wrap with a towel just so secure the weights. I don’t have a barbell so can’t speak on that part of the bench. Overall, the set is uncomfortable and ineffective. Sadly I’m well past the return policy so I’ll have to find some way to sell it. I would not recommend this set. Spend some extra money and get an actual known brand.
