I have a collection of eReaders (Kindle, Kobo, Nook). The differences are so small that they are all about the same. The Nook Glowlight 4 has one small negative for me and that is you can not invert the text & background (white text , black background).

I love my nook. Read it at night when I can’t sleep. The highlight and selection touchscreen feature isn’t very convenient because it isn’t accurate. But that’s not what I bought it for, so I love it for just reading.

I absolutely loved this reader for my Nook books at first. I got it Aug 28 and by Oct 17, the WiFi feature quit working, which means that I can no longer download books. I tried going through customer service to see if we could get it working and they weren't terribly helpful. Now I am out $99 and can no longer read my books. I guess I will have to check into other readers and drop Barnes and Noble for my books. ... show more

I could not sign in there is no period to do .com. Only after you get in can you use the.com . could not set up.

It did not have features that I was looking for. I cannot get a hold of the company, phones are not answered, no return emails. Feel I am not getting my refund. Amazon will not help.
