I purchased the first set and they had issues from the start. I did get them to connect to the App to control the volume and other settings. The only way I could get the screeching to usable levels was to turn the volume to the very lowest setting. Then after a couple weeks they would no longer connect to the App leaving the only control was to tap on the earpiece. I returned them and ordered a second pair thinking maybe it was a bad set. I was wrong. The new set did connect to the App but volume control was nonexistent. If I adjusted the volume off zero it screamed so loud my wife could hear it in the next room. imagine what it sounded like in my ears. I returned them as well. I will not use this company's products.

I’ve tried several hearing aids, and these are by far the best. The superior sound quality makes conversations clear and natural, and the app customization allows me to adjust the levels effortlessly. They are comfortable for long hours! I needed something to help with voice's in a restaurant or busy atmosphere, they amplified every sound and added a echo and whirring sound to everything that made it even harder to hear. I never knew my shoes made so much noise when walking.

This was my fourth set of hearing aids. My last set lasted 18 months and finally gave up. I was hoping for a quality product. The Bluetooth functions were great. The hearing functions we're very troublesome and frustrating. Even when adjusted to what seemed their best settings, The sound seemed irritatingly inconsistent. I will be returning these for a refund.

My father is 83 years old and purchased a $5600 pair of hearing aids three years ago. He relies on them very much, and since the hearing aids have failed, I often see him silent. But the price was a little too steep for the family expenses. I saw Edifier hearing aids on Amazon, I like their audio line and didn't know they had hearing aids. When these hearing aids arrived, I'm happy to say that it was fantastic. It took me a while to set up the hearing parameters in the app and my dad quickly learned how to use them. One of the best things about this for us is that he can always use to video chat with friends. I love hearing him laugh at home.

I've tried well over 10 hearing aids and amplifiers in the past and must say that these Eclarity's are the best ones thus far. The Bluetooth connection fades in and out a little much and they don't seem to hold a charge for 14hrs like stated. But overall are very good hearing aids(Not Amplifiers) for the price. $257 vs $6000 is a no brainer for me. I just hope they have longevity. I'm still testing them out, so stay tuned. SO FAR - SO GOOD

I chose this brand because it had a tinnitus mode and was Bluetooth. Unfortunately, after receiving the product, downloading the app and following all the instructions this product delivered nothing but loud screeching feedback. I reached out to Amazon who did their best to try and assist me when this failed, I tried contacting the company. This was mid afternoon and after being on hold for 15 minutes a recording came on and said that they said they were closed and somebody would get back to me when they were open? My advice is, don’t buy!
