I have been working in chip manufacturing for most of my career. I spend a good part of my day on the production floor where phones are strictly not allowed due to cleanroom and equipment policies. That made finding hearing aids a bit tricky because most of the remote-controlled ones depend on smartphone apps to adjust volume or settings, which is just not practical in my environment. That’s why I went with the EasyCharge PRO, and I gotta say, I’m glad I did. The remote control is what really makes the difference for me. It’s physical, simple, and does exactly what I need it to without any apps or bluetooth connections. The volume buttons have a small bump and dip, so I can feel which way I’m adjusting even if I’m not looking. The program button has a raised dot, kind of like the home keys on a keyboard, so I know exactly where it is just by touch. That means I can keep the remote in my pocket and make quick changes while I’m on the job without having to stop or take anything out. No phone needed, no bluetooth pairing, no screens. Just press the button and move on. The hearing aids themselves are solid. I can hear coworkers better through masks and over background noise. They’re low profile too. A few people didn’t even realize I was wearing hearing aids until I mentioned it. Being very generous with a 1 star. Right from the start thinking they were not going to be good. They are huge compared to ones from an audiologist, but person wearing them did not have an issue with that ( only good part). Remote works both hearing aids...IF it worked at all, so if your hearing is better or worse in 1 ear, too bad. You need to "play" with them frequently. They don't hold the volume levels while being charged, needs to be adjusted multiple times a day and even at highest setting ( you know because it beeps at you), its not usually loud enough for normal volume of TV. The tubes were changed to the ones that supposedly are for people with more decreased hearing, they are large also. They do not help with clarity of speech at all, so even if volume is up, you may not understand what is being said. They squeal/feedback as you put them in ears, hard to want to put them in with that loud squeal, it is very easy, almost impossible to adjust volume without hitting on/off button and you cant tell the difference if they are in our ear. You need to TAKE THEM APART to clean them, every other day...that is 10-15 min of time right before bed. The manufacturer wanted us to try them for 2 weeks before making a decision to send them back, I called them after 1 week and told them..".to be honest, They suck". I did find another OTC hearing aid that has been used for last couple weeks with 0 problems so far. ... show more

I’m a med student and started having some hearing issues this year. Between lectures, clinical rotations, and lab work, I really needed something that would help me hear clearly without being a hassle to manage. The EasyCharge Pro has honestly been a huge help. What I like most is that I don’t need a phone or app to use it. In a lot of lab spaces and clinical settings, using a phone just isn’t practical or even allowed. With this one, I can just keep the small remote in my pocket and adjust the volume or program whenever I need to. The buttons have little bumps and a dot so I can feel them without looking, even while I’m wearing gloves or moving around. It’s also really low profile. Nobody really notices I’m wearing them unless I say something... I don’t feel self conscious about it at all. I just put them on in the morning, drop them in the charger at night, and that’s it. For some strange reason parent has difficulty powering the left hearing aid regularly. She's pretty well versed in operating hearing aids so this is frustrating. This is a temp solution, we will need to get a set through a provider. Sam's Club set has been the absolute best quality and sound so far.

I am trying these because my Miracle Ear product is starting to act up, and I spent thousands on those a couple of years ago, and these are working much better and cost a fraction of the price. I love that the case has controls, so I don't have to fumble with the hearing aids directly. The sound quality on these has been stellar.
