What I love most is the remote control. It's simple, and the buttons are actually designed with real people in mind. The volume buttons have a little bump and dip, so I can feel which one is up and which one is down just by touch. The program button has a tiny dot on it, like the "F" or "J" keys on a keyboard. So I don’t even need to look at it because I just reach into my bag or pocket and adjust by feel. That may sound like a small thing, but when you’re sitting in a meeting or across from a client, being able to make adjustments without pulling anything out or looking down at a screen makes a big difference. It’s fast, silent, and nobody even notices I’m doing it. Before this, I tried hearing aids that use phone apps and honestly... what a hassle. I had to unlock my phone, open the app, wait for it to connect, then adjust each ear separately. All of that in front of other people? It felt clunky and made me more self-concious, not less. I’m a med student and started having some hearing issues this year. Between lectures, clinical rotations, and lab work, I really needed something that would help me hear clearly without being a hassle to manage. The EasyCharge Pro has honestly been a huge help. What I like most is that I don’t need a phone or app to use it. In a lot of lab spaces and clinical settings, using a phone just isn’t practical or even allowed. With this one, I can just keep the small remote in my pocket and adjust the volume or program whenever I need to. The buttons have little bumps and a dot so I can feel them without looking, even while I’m wearing gloves or moving around. It’s also really low profile. Nobody really notices I’m wearing them unless I say something... I don’t feel self conscious about it at all. I just put them on in the morning, drop them in the charger at night, and that’s it. If you’re in school or in healthcare and need something simple and reliable, I def recommend these.

Es fácil de usar, aunque No sirve el control remoto. Recibí por la tarde-noche mi pedido y al abrirlo encontré muchos aditamentos en cajitas pequeñas dentro de la caja de que estaba dentro de la caja de Amazon, con 3 libros de instrucciones en inglés. Tantas instrucciones, cajas y cajas y cajitas me desanimaron y guardé el producto para leerlo detalladamente al día siguiente con mis lentes de leer, porque no estaba preparada para armar un rompecabezas tan delicado. Al dia siguiente, ya con mis lentes, leí los instructivos que estan todos acompañados de dibujos o tutoriales en video, todo en inglés sin ninguna traducción a ningún idioma. Descubrí que sólo es cuestión de sacar el dispositivo del estuche, encenderlo y colocarlo en el oido. Todos los demás aditamentos y mas aditamentos son para limpiar el dispositivo o recargar la pila. No tengo idea por qué el control remoto del estuche no funciona nunca, ya lo intenté por todos los medios y no sirve de ningún modo, tengo que subir o bajar el volumen de manera manual mediante el mecanismo que se coloca en el oido, lo cual para mí es una baja de calidad muy considerable, porque pagué el triple de dinero por ese mecanismo con control remoto; el otro dispositivo que vende Amazon, Sin control remoto costaba mucho menos. Si al final recibí un dispositivo manual, tal vez debí comprar ese otro dispositivo que es mucho más barato.

Being very generous with a 1 star. Right from the start thinking they were not going to be good. They are huge compared to ones from an audiologist, but person wearing them did not have an issue with that ( only good part). Remote works both hearing aids...IF it worked at all, so if your hearing is better or worse in 1 ear, too bad. You need to "play" with them frequently. They don't hold the volume levels while being charged, needs to be adjusted multiple times a day and even at highest setting ( you know because it beeps at you), its not usually loud enough for normal volume of TV. The tubes were changed to the ones that supposedly are for people with more decreased hearing, they are large also. They do not help with clarity of speech at all, so even if volume is up, you may not understand what is being said. They squeal/feedback as you put them in ears, hard to want to put them in with that loud squeal, it is very easy, almost impossible to adjust volume without hitting on/off button and you cant tell the difference if they are in our ear. You need to TAKE THEM APART to clean them, every other day...that is 10-15 min of time right before bed. The manufacturer wanted us to try them for 2 weeks before making a decision to send them back, I called them after 1 week and told them..".to be honest, They suck". I did find another OTC hearing aid that has been used for last couple weeks with 0 problems so far.
