UPDATE: 2 months after purchase - finally tried turning them around, as recommended in video for my type of hearing aid, even though it seemed like a wrong idea to me - it works fine and makes taking them on and off MUCH easier - and they stay on during use. Haven't had the batteries die when I sweat heavily. 5 star performance, 2 star price. ORIGINAL: The small hole was too tight for my ear inserts. Would have to remove the insert cushion and retaining tab - both of which fit by compression - removing them off & on for cleaning would probably loosen them too much. Fixed the issue by trimming off a section of the small end (see picture). Insertion is much more reasonable like that and they stay on fine. I like this option much better than theirs of turning it around. Reduces wind roar (driving with window open at higher speeds) very well. Batteries have not gotten wet from sweat, yet, after a couple moderate sweats. Ordered a second set. Can't give 5 stars to something I had to alter to use. Also a bit pricey for what it is.

I sweat very heavy in the gym and living in Arizona, especially during the hot time of year. The “Sweat Socks” are soft, easy to install and do a great job of helping keep my devices dry. They aren’t completely water proof, but have been soaked in the shower a few times yet prevented damage to my devices. I plan to order a couple more pairs.

This thing does a great job of wicking moisture away. Batteries are lasting twice as long and the inside of my phonak audeo 90 stays dry. That being said the microphone on the narrow end cannot respond normally so there is some muffling of sound. The top microphone works great.

I have been waiting for the ultimate test… Riding Roller Coasters using these to be able to keep my hearing aids in while on the rides!! They worked perfectly, 1) my hearing aids never came out 2) even if they had I was 100% comfortable knowing they would remain with me as the clip is solid! Definitely recommend these!! Oh and an added bonus protection against sweating in the hot sun at the theme park!!

I have used a corded mini in orange/red for several years. Works great. Recently ordered a blue corded mini. First delivery was non corded beige. Returned it stating that I ordered blue corded mini. Second delivery was corded beige. Returning this for a refund. Don't know if the issue is with Westone or amazon. Going to try to order directly from ear gear. 4 for item - 1 delivery of wrong items.

Put socks over my hearing aids put them on normally. The sweat it comes off for me. No longer gets in the hearing aid and shuts off the soccer schedule moisture perfectly great product.
