Its a very nice size- not one of those giant kettles that would have looked bulky on my countertop. The gooseneck is perfect. Most seem a little too small in the spout which makes for much slower pour-overs. This dispenses water at the correct speed IMO. Heats more quickly than my last kettle (which a house guest put on an electric heating element and melted!). I'm actually happy now because this is an upgrade! Only had it a few days so I can't speak to longevity but its working great straight outta the box.

When I ruined my last stove kettle, I knew it was time for an electric one that would shut off automatically if I forget about it. But most of those are the same shape, and I really wanted a gooseneck spout for my coffee pour-overs. Which brought me to this guy! And so far it’s perfectly met my expectations. Heats up in a reasonable time, shuts off on its own, looks super cute. My only wish for improvement is that I wish the plastic on top was enamel like the rest of it. When the steam goes through the plastic vent it makes a bit of a heated plastic smell. I’m not really worried health-wise since that part doesn’t touch the inside water. But it’s ever-so-slightly unpleasant if you’re sensitive to scents and chemicals.

However, there is one minor drawback that prevents me from giving it a perfect five-star rating—the appearance of the brown plastic parts. Let's start with the positives. The functionality of this gooseneck kettle is excellent. It heats up water quickly and efficiently, saving me valuable time in the morning or whenever I need a hot beverage. The gooseneck spout offers precise pouring control, allowing me to achieve the perfect pour-over coffee or tea without any spills. I love the copper look of this. It heats up pretty quickly and makes a nice cup of tea. It does not keep the water hot too long though. But i guess you can just press the button and heat it up again🙂
