The media could not be loaded. This is a handy little electric kettle pot. It functions just as it should, it heats up really quick by the time I'm done prepping my coffee beans and grinding them up this is pretty much ready to be poured. The size is of a normal coffee pot so you could definitely make quite a bit with this. There's no way it can leak unless you accidentally crack the glass. Super easy to use as you only have to just set it down and hit a button the light will turn on to let you know it is heating up and when it's finished the light turns off. The bottom portion and the handle and the lid are the only plastic you have to deal with, the main pot is all Glass. Overall it's a very sturdy little kettle pot and the noise level is what you would expect when you hear boiling water. Good value for the price ... show more

I’ve been using this kettle for nearly two months. So far, I’ve been very pleased with it. I Use it for making tea. It comes to a boil fast, and is pretty easy to clean. I use it to heat water for tea, and to speed up making spaghetti by heating the water in this pot and pouring it in the pot. Then only thing that I would change is that I wish the lid came off. Years ago I had a similar pot, but it had a removable lid. I used it all the time to cook soup and oatmeal when I was traveling. I only use this pot for heating water or making tea because of the lid. When in operation , this pot is not quiet. You can hear the water coming to a boil. To me this is a good thing. It lets you know just about when the water is ready to use. I also like the automatic turn-off. For the price, though, I am very pleased. If all you need to do is heat water, this pot is perfect. The OVENTE Electric Kettle is really convenient — it boils water quickly, looks sleek with the glass design, and the auto shut-off feature works perfectly. I also like that it’s BPA-free and easy to clean. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars because the durability isn’t the best. After some use, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped, and I’m not sure how long it will last compared to other kettles I’ve owned.
