How to Make A Cup of Delicious Coffee?1. Fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes;2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness with COSORI Coffee Grinder;3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker;4. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a slow turning motion;5. The coffee drips slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee is ready!How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water;2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe;3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth;4. Repeat as needed.Notes:1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.2.It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard. ​3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp, and then lift the kettle during heating; the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.

I bought this mainly for pour over coffee and it’s been great. The gooseneck spout gives you really good control over the pour, which makes it much easier to slowly saturate the grounds compared to using a regular kettle. It heats water surprisingly fast and the temperature presets are convenient depending on what you’re making. I usually use it for coffee but it’s nice having the options for tea as well. The controls on the base are simple and easy to figure out after using it once or twice. It also looks really nice on the counter and feels well made. Compared to a normal kettle, the controlled pour and temperature settings make a noticeable difference when brewing coffee. I love this kettle. Boils quickly, all of the usual temperature by tea-type selections, and it is quiet. Pours well. Also, you can mute the alert sound, which was my highest priority (it scares my dog.)

After a grueling search for a kettle to itch my tea obsession I have come to the conclusion this kettle is the best option out there. It offers zero plastic contact with water, something I'd think to be common sense but sadly isn't for many. It offers great durability that is shown through its 2-year warranty and customer reviews. It also allows for precise temperature control on the Bluetooth model (slightly more expensive at $77) for connoisseurs. As someone privacy focused, it's annoying I need an app, but the tradeoff is ultimately worth it as it's a massive convenience to see the temp of the water in the other room and start the kettle remotely (or even set a schedule). Super cool to know I've got enough water for my next cup of tea. That is a genuinely useful feature! There are always ways to get around privacy issues if you're determined enough as well, but the features it offers are worth the hassle. The Cuisinart GK1 was my close second based on research but ultimately did not provide the same value for the money in comparison to this kettle. The GK1 has plastic nubs on its lid. It offers a 3 year warranty but is almost double the cost of this kettle at $130. It offers temp control in 5-degree increments (instead of precise 1 degree) and has no smart controls. There are other kettles out there even more expensive, but I've just gotta say why? Even if you have the money this is simply the best value and offers everything you'd ever need. The build quality is great! I love the feel and look of the kettle. The black color is slick, but I think they should go beyond just black of the Bluetooth model to accommodate more kitchen styles. It would also be nice to see a little more water capacity, but 0.8 isn't too bad. Cosori seems like a great brand. Good on them for marketing no plastic contact. Avoiding microplastic exposure should be a priority for everyone! Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. It took a lot of research to find the best value, and this is it. I'm looking forward to brewing crazy amounts of loose-leaf tea as well as coffee with it. ... show more

Works very well. It has a wonderful aesthetic. I think it was worth the extra <$10 for the Bluetooth features. The pot itself is very sturdy and well-made. The base is also solid and metal. The touch-buttons are a snazzy edition. The pot heats up the water very quickly. I deduced 1 Star based on 2 things: cost and the handle. If I must be honest, I wish they offered a more premium feeling handle. It’s a solid plastic, but it still takes away from the overall feel. I would bite on one that cost yet another $10 for a wooden handle. A wooden handle would make this a 6 star pot! Bottom line: great tea pot with wonderful features. I just wish they offered a nicer handle. I would buy this again and I would recommend this product to a friend. ... show more
