How to Make A Cup of Delicious Coffee?1. Fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes;2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness with COSORI Coffee Grinder;3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker;4. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a slow turning motion;5. The coffee drips slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee is ready!How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water;2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe;3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth;4. Repeat as needed.Notes:1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.2.It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard. ​3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp, and then lift the kettle during heating; the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.

Easy to use. Lid works fine. Boiling time for 1-2 cups of water is also fine. While I use this to boil water only - for tea drinkers who prefer variable temperatures - there is that option. I chose this because it had a gooseneck, stainless steel, economical size, and met my needs: boil water, auto-shut off, and other design requirements. Note that I had used a black matte finish electric tea kettle until the black coating started coming off and finding its way into the water. This Cosori kettle is a great product. I bought this mainly for pour over coffee and it’s been great. The gooseneck spout gives you really good control over the pour, which makes it much easier to slowly saturate the grounds compared to using a regular kettle. It heats water surprisingly fast and the temperature presets are convenient depending on what you’re making. I usually use it for coffee but it’s nice having the options for tea as well. The controls on the base are simple and easy to figure out after using it once or twice. It also looks really nice on the counter and feels well made. Compared to a normal kettle, the controlled pour and temperature settings make a noticeable difference when brewing coffee. Overall it’s been a really solid kettle and a big upgrade from heating water the old way. ... show more

Works very well. It has a wonderful aesthetic. I think it was worth the extra <$10 for the Bluetooth features. The pot itself is very sturdy and well-made. The base is also solid and metal. The touch-buttons are a snazzy edition. The pot heats up the water very quickly. I deduced 1 Star based on 2 things: cost and the handle. If I must be honest, I wish they offered a more premium feeling handle. It’s a solid plastic, but it still takes away from the overall feel. I would bite on one that cost yet another $10 for a wooden handle. A wooden handle would make this a 6 star pot! Bottom line: great tea pot with wonderful features. I just wish they offered a nicer handle. I would buy this again and I would recommend this product to a friend. ... show more

I absolutely love this kettle. I have always wanted one with selectable temperatures for different types of tea, and this one works perfectly. RECENT UPDATE: Recently COSORI reached out to me and remedied all my concerns and sent me out a brand new kettle and it’s working and looks amazing!!! So happy to be able to make my teas again. It’s amazing how different your teas taste when heating to the perfect temperature. CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS TIME WAS PERFECT! Worked great the first 2 1/2 years - loved that it has different temperatures for different types of teas and all. Used it frequently because how hot the tea I make needs to be and just made the tea taste the best. My only concern is it just started to act weird making strange popping noises when heating up, sadly not long when the warranty ran out. It started getting finicky a few months before that , it wouldn’t turn on sporadically. Then it would and heat up fine. I also noticed that around the spout near the bottom where it bends before connecting to the pot the black paint started to peel a little. But that didn’t bother as much as the very loud popping noises it would make so I just quit using it and got in touch with the company. But of course since the warranty is over they wouldn’t do anything about it. So now I’m in search of a different but similar tea kettle. In my humble opinion it should have lasted a lot longer thena few years. I’ve had coffee pots and blenders that have last way longer than that. Sadly I won’t be purchasing from this company again as I think they should stand behind their products. But if you want a tea kettle that does all this does (which is wonderful) but only lasts a couple years. I’d recommend it. Cord length is great, the auto shut off works perfectly but the ease of cleaning because of the small mouth of the pot makes it a bit of a challenge to clean well.
