I use this hearing 'amplifier' for overnight use. I have 'real' hearing aids that I use for daytime and this one I can wear at night so I can hear things through the night. Comes with extra batteries also. Very good quality for my use. Shipped quickly, no problems at all. Will buy from this seller again and again!

I like the price. it is big to wear, but can be, with glasses. I purchased hearing aids 1 wk ago . I'm waiting for V.A. to get replacments for me. if they were permanent I might get diffetent ones.

This is definitely worth the money. My “real” hearing aids are Widex Evoke ($3500). These are a little more uncomfortable, but I can hear a lot better. There is some ambient background noise - adjusting the mode helps with this. A lot of the low star reviews are complaining about the ambient noise and comfort. If you want utmost comfort and tailor-fit hearing aids with no background noise, you should go to the audiologist and get prescription hearing aids. Those are upwards of $3000 though. So if you are just looking for general amplified sound with some background control, these are for you.

My 86 year old mother is very hard of hearing and can hear us so much better with this on. This really helps cut down on everyone’s frustration level and enhances communication! We set her on mode 3 and she can hear the TV and conversations well. She does have trouble being able to actually feel the switches/controls well when wearing it but I can easily set it for her. She can also take it off to manage the toggle button for volume if needed. We tried other devices and they made such high pitched noises (despite trying all the different ear insert sizes) and the mode functions were confusing to her(and to me really). This is a great little product. The batteries are said to last only 30-45 days regardless of use so we just buy a pack of the batteries to have on hand -easy to install. I do recommend this product !!
