    • For the price point you simply can't go wrong!
It's pretty hard to find digital hearing aids that work well and have what you really need, being able to hear better without all the draw backs. I looked for hours on Amazon and have bought about 5 sets from different manufactures over the years. Most of them come short of doing a great job. I saw this pair with no reviews for the cheap price I told myself what the heck, lets give it a shot. Well I'm glad I did, so far this is the best pair I have owned, I can hear really well with it set on one, and it does a nice job of cutting down background nose. There is noting worse then being in a loud room full of people and hearing what everyone is saying. Still checking on battery life and the back up battery battery life. So I might do a update later and see if I'm still loving these or not. So far they exceed my exportations. The case is nice it comes with, and charged up just fine. So I plugged it in and let it charge for a few hours. Pretty simple button operation, can feedback at high levels if it's not in tight in your ears. Power off by pushing the button for like 4-6 seconds. Really clear sound, and can lesson to music, just don't get all the bottom bass is all, but sounds great with an acoustic guitar and playing. You can't really sing with them in it pushes on your ear to much and you get a funny sound in your voice, but that's OK they all do that. I give them a 5 Star, I don't see anything wrong with this set of hearing boosters, they work great for my ears. ... show more

    • Ear buds not charging
Ear buds not charging even though charging deck is 100%charged. Instructions stated to call customer service but list no contact phone number, website or email to contact. Will be returning to Amazon tomorrow

Bought these for my husband so he could watch TV without having to ask me what everybody was saying. But he was getting too much background noise.

No charging cord was present and the "accessories " box was empty. (ear pieces of various sizes). Also, this product arrived w/o instruction for care and use.
