Seems to work great. The only thing is the price went down the next day I could have saved $300.00 . The instructions say to use at least 3 healthy men to install. I’m a 68 year old male who did it myself but, I have a front end loader on my tractor and made a jig to lift it with.

I did my research on this concept with other vendors, but this product came out has my top choice. It is constructed of very high quality materials, with a heavy duty performance. The custom service department was very helpful with all communication. Upon my delivery of this product, I was missing the two small end pieces in the box. I contacted the customer service team and with a few basic information . The missing pieces were shipped to me overnight to complete my installation. This company is rated 5 Stars in my book, and I will definitely do business with them again and again. Called the number one Awning company and I was quoted around 4800 then I calles Costco for the same brand it was 3550 but when I saw this I figured what do I have to lose. Can always return it to Amazon but boy when I got this awning it was definitely commercial grad. I will be buying another one next spring ... show more

Love it! It took three men to hang it and once in place it worked as a charm. Together with hanging the brackets and the awning, it took about an hour and a half.
