Called the number one Awning company and I was quoted around 4800 then I calles Costco for the same brand it was 3550 but when I saw this I figured what do I have to lose. Can always return it to Amazon but boy when I got this awning it was definitely commercial grad. I will be buying another one next spring ... show more

Seems to work great. The only thing is the price went down the next day I could have saved $300.00 . The instructions say to use at least 3 healthy men to install. I’m a 68 year old male who did it myself but, I have a front end loader on my tractor and made a jig to lift it with.
