Another product that I wad skeptical over, you know thr saying if something is to good to br true..... Well this little machine delivers a good workout in a small foot print that is easily collapsed for storage or transportation. Being disabled I look for products that are easy to use yet still can deliver results, this machine delivers what it says. Your not going to build huge mass, so let's be real.....but you will build definition and strength. You can always super set to get around the fact that thr resistance is a combined 130 lbs. If you buy from Amazon you do not get a chart to show the workouts. If you order from the company itself or any advertising you find, they give you a website free of workouts. The machine itself I've figure it out, and it seems like it's going to work for what I have done so far.

This product worked great when I took on a road trip. The resistance is fine for travel, but for everyday strength training, the resistance may be light. I would still use this product on a trip.
