The bag looks expensive and the leather is great quality. I waited until they went on sale before purchasing. I am relieved to get brand new bag still in its original wrap instead of used bags like my past experience. It is very roomy and I loved how luxurious it looks without the designer price. I ordered two Michael Kors handbags. Unfortunately, one of them arrived in unacceptable condition. The protective paper on the handles had already been removed and loosely wrapped, and there were only one or two pieces of protective paper inside the bag. As a result, the bag’s shape was distorted. Additionally, the metal edge of the chain was visibly scratched, and the plastic ring securing the tag was torn. It gave a strong impression that this bag had been previously used and then returned. The bag itself is beautiful; however, it also had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. What makes this even more disappointing is that this item is not eligible for return, so I am unable to send it back despite its condition. The second bag arrived in proper condition. All Michael Kors bags I have purchased previously were new and well-packaged, so this experience was unexpected. I am uploading photos for comparison. ... show more

I purchased this handbag because a co-worker has one and showed me how roomy it is with all the compartments and how it has a strap inside to easily find your keys. Something I struggle with constantly, fumbling around to try and get my keys. So I fell in love with this handbag, but truthfully couldn't afford the full retail price. I finally found it on Amazon on a great sale. So I ordered one. When I received my handbag, it was nicely packaged and wrapped, but when my Lillie Large Chain Shoulder Bag didn't come with the "key strap" inside it was very disappointing. I couldn't find it on all the pictures of all the assorted colors, but i did see it in one of the pictures of one of the choices of colors of this handbag. Also knowing my co-worker's handbag is the same style and has the strap, I assumed it just couldn't be seen in the picture from the angle, but it would have to be in all of them. I don't understand how one color choice of the same handbag has this feature and other color choices don't??!! It's the same handbag!!! Shouldn't they all be exactly the same? I don't want to return it because the sale isnt still going on. and i also used points from a credit card and a credit on my Amazon account to get a really good price. If I return it I loose all of that, so I couldn't repurchase the other color. Plus I need a black handbag not a white one.
