I liked that the product worked just as described on Amazon. I just received it a few days ago, so I expect the pain relief to get better the more I use it. It is vey soft, and though I have a 34" waist, I needed the extender portion of the belt in order for it to fit properly. I got a note from the company in the box that offered to extend the warranty from one year to three. I included the Amazon order number, and received a reply from customer service a short time later. I haven't had this very long, but.... Pros: It gets hot, the vibration is sufficient, it's easy to use, & it is serving the purpose I purchased it for...my lower back, upper shoulder, & the calves of my legs. Cons: The massage/vibration is in waves, or pulses, there's no choice to make it continuous. The heat gets REALLY hot sometimes & just right at others. I occasionally have to turn it off because it's so hot. Sometimes the auto shut off works, but occasionally it doesn't. Having shared that, it does do what I want it to do, but felt like for the price, it doesn't perform as it should. I love that it soothes my lumbar stenosis, along with nerve inflammation in my back. I like that it helps the circulation in my legs. I place it under my calves, & the heat & massage feel wonderful. If you don't use it as a wrap, but rather just place it behind your back in a chair, the velcro on the ends is a slight nuisance, but only slightly. ... show more

I was skeptical about this inexpensive heating pad/massager but it really does the trick. Simple 30-minute automatic timer so you don't have to worry about falling asleep in it. Several vibration modes and two heating modes. Works very effectively to relieve lower back pain. Love it. May buy another just to get an hour's worth of massage. But the cooldown is fairly quick. I use this 3 times a day to help my back and it's been helping. The heat is FIRE on it! It's been helping my back tremendously, and I recommend you purchasing it. I got the blue one as it was less than the gray.

It has a pretty strong vibration which works well, and a decent amount of heat. I wish the vibration had a steady feature, all 3 settings pulse. It is also quite bulky and the padding is inflexible - it does not bend around my waist, so if you are a small/xs don’t expect a snug or flexible fit.
