With careful planning, I posted four 12' steel pipes four feet down and attached this shade about a month ago. It has stretched a few times (to be expected) and all I had to do was tighten the cables (kit from Lowes, plus turnbuckles). Last night, we had 100+ mph winds and all this thing did was stretch a little. Tightened it again, and it's as good as new. If I can get two seasons out of this in these Oklahoma winds, it will have exceeded my expectations.

We purchased our first sun shade from this company in 2021. That shade is still in use today and we've purchased several more to shade our kids playground area. They are easy to put up and take down. I recommend NRS 1" Heavy Duty Tie Down Strap for making it easy to take up and down. Our patio area we like to take it down at times we want sun or to star gaze.

I was looking for an alternative to expensive awning and construction to cover my deck. as it gets a lot of sun and debris falls constantly. the size of my deck is rectangular and had some challenges with the way it was constructed with other bumps outs of the house. The size choices and colors were vast and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a rather large size - 9' x 18'. The only feedback I can provide that may allow for enhance this size of Shade is that hardware for attachment be added to the 18' side for a more secure attachment.

The sail seemed less sturdy than I hoped. Replaced a different brand after 3 years of use because it was dirty. It doesn't look like this one will last that long .

These are better quality than expected. I attached them to a patio roof and a few 4x4 posts. A storm came through that broke the 4x4 posts in half. These sun shades stayed in perfect condition with no rips or tears at all. I was able to replace the 4x4 posts and re-install the same sun shades! 10/10 would recommend.

If you need shade this will be your best friend! This size was perfection for where we needed it most and it keeps everything under it 10-20 degrees cooler. A complete life saver! The material is sturdy/heavy duty but also easy to store and fold when you are down with the season of using it.
