The hair dye works magically and it made my hair super soft and shiny. The only problem is that I thought the dark ash brown was gonna be lighter but it made my hair almost completely black. Beautiful and shiny just as expected. I love Wella but this was too dark for me. 3N comes out black, not dark brown. I know it’ll fade a bit to the correct color over the next couple of weeks but seeing how black it actually came out was a shock.
