After using it for a few months now I have really come to rely on it. This little machine is a real essential in my routine cleaning. I'm talking muddy paw prints or coffee spills it has handled everything I have thrown at it. The included cleaning solution works well, and the suction power seems up to par with what you would expect. One of my biggest complaints with other spot cleaners I have used in the past is their water tank capacity. This cleaner has a decent size clean water tank holding 50.7oz. I can clean a large area without having to refill constantly. This cleaner is also very lightweight and easy to move around. Eve the hose and attachments are long enouh for me to reach into my furnitures crevices. The only miner issue would be the noise level. It is not a deal breaker It is no louder than a vacuum cleaner at the most. I use it most for spot cleaning, and refreshing my upholstery. It is not a replacement for a professional deep carpet cleaning like every year or so, especially in high traffic areas. I was really impressed by how effective this product turned out to be. The instructions were super simple to follow, so I had no trouble getting started. Our light grey couch was pretty beat up with some tough blood stains from our dog's hot spots. But, after following the advice of another reviewer, I treated it with fabric cleaner before using with its solution. I even went above and beyond by using 2 oz of solution, filling it up to the "small job" line, and wow, the results were amazing. I definitely recommend it. One of the best things about it is how easy it is to clean compared to other machines. You can easily take apart each tool and rinse them out, which is a lifesaver when pet hair gets tangled. Plus, cleaning the waste water section is a breeze since you can remove the top completely, unlike other machines with tiny drain spouts. And the best part? No funky smells lingering after cleaning up pet messes. However, just a heads up that not all fabrics can handle the power of this machine's cleaning. You've got to check every tag, even on pillows, before you use it. When in doubt, it's better to be safe and avoid using it altogether. I love this machine. It is super easy to use for our frequent messes. I used it on my couch and rug. It has high suction power and does a great job at removing stains from messy kid food stains on upholstery with just going over it with a couple passes. A lot of these reviews read like someone read the product description and typed some words. No spelling mistakes or syntax how people really talk. So here's a real review, hopefully this gets seen. The power cord is nice and long. The hose is flexible so you aren't fighting with it, but is not stretchy. The unit heats up quite a bit as you use it, so expect to take breaks. I got to about 7 or 8 stairs cleaned before it seemed quite hot underneath, where it was resting on the floor. The suction is great, but since the head detaches I did have a little bit of leaks coming from it. The unit needs to be on to spray water, which comes out at a good rate. It's a little clunky to store, it has a small hook for the power cord which isn't really practical. Overall seems to be a good product. ... show more

My poor pup has reached the age where she has semi-frequent accidents on the carpet. I've used a couple of competitor products -- including a specific green one -- and this one is superior. It feels more solid, has great suction, and isn't nearly as loud as the others. Helpful hint: You can add a capful of nature's miracle urine destroyer to the water if there's a particularly old stain that you just discovered behind the bed and nearly cried trying to get the odor out. :D ... show more
