When I went to assemble the product there was a weld bead right in the middle of the clamp nut so I couldnt thread the Clamp screw in without cross threading. When I went to return I assumed it was like every other Amazon purchase I have made and you can just drop it off at the UPS store and they will ship. This one you have to re-box and send it for them to inspect before they will give refund so if you do decide to get this make sure you open the box carefully because of the craftsmanship is anything like mine you will need it for the return and the return instructions say that they must receive back in a condition that would allow them to resell. Not what I expected purchasing from an Amazon seller. Will buy a replacement locally.

Installation was 10 minutes easy. Seem to be constructed very well. I use it for picking up logs to cut up firewood. No bending over! Wow what a back saver. Great tool!
