This issue affects users across a wide range of ear sizes, as the fit is neither secure nor ergonomic. A more thoughtfully engineered style is essential to ensure a stable and comfortable fit that prevents the device from falling out and or creating a persistent background distortion or buzzing noise, which significantly detracts from the user experience. I got these for my elderly mom who has difficult hearing due to tinnitus. Compared to the hearing aids offered by her audiologist, these were significantly more affordable and actually amplify sound enough for her to actually hear conversations and the dialogue on TV. The charging case is very easy to use and supposedly retains 60 hours of power, so you can charge your hearing aids on the go when you aren't near an outlet. A single charge lasts a full day (waking hours). Controls are easy to use. My mom liked that she could adjust the volume without removing the hearing aid from her ear (the last pair we tried had a dial that was difficult to turn while in the ear). The only complaint is that the hearing aid is too large to stay securely in her ear while she's moving around. She has much smaller than average ears and the included silicone tips (3 sizes) were all too large and the bulk of the hearing aid is a bit too large for her outer ear. But they still work fine when she's sitting in the house, watching TV. But if she used them outside the house, they'd likely fall out and get lost.
