The most COST-EFFECTIVE and irreplaceable litter box! A lot of my friends have started using automatic litter boxes, so I became curious about them too. But with so many options on the market, I had a hard time deciding—until I found CATLINK. I had heard about CATLINK’s story of saving a cat’s life before, which left a deep impression on me. It made me trust their products and believe they truly care about cats. After comparing a few CATLINK models, I decided to start with the SE litter box since it’s simple to use and beginner-friendly. The “pinch-free ” design really caught my attention, as cat parents, none of us ever want to put our cats’ safety at risk. I researched how it works, and no matter how it rotates, there’s always a safe exit. Its other features are more than enough for a starter like me. What a great design!! I quickly learned how to use it, and now I can even control the cleaning process directly from the app. I get daily reports on my cat’s bathroom activity, which is so helpful! The media could not be loaded. I have two female cats 7 and 8 months old. I have had this litter box for a little over a month now. Worst decision of my life. I have to scrub the litter box daily. The pictures and video are what I deal with nightly. Despite filling this stupid thing with litter daily to keep it at a barely usable level, of you accidently add too mucb litter well your screwed as that litter is now wasted and goes into the void of the tray. If it runs on the schedule set forth by the app then any none of the urine or poop are fully solidified, it sticks every where, then when the cats get back in it to use the potty the stuck feces get on their fur....my cats get monthly baths....they shouldn't have to have a bath more often due to a LITTER BOX! I cannot even run it after they use it because it sticks every where. Yes it sounds convenient at first but definitely not worth the cost in cleaning supplies in the long run. If I could give it less than one star I would. Also with the app only one person can be signed into it at a time, if someone else signs in it kicks the other person out. The buttons on the unit take atleast 2-3 presses to respond before working, which makes you want to use the app, but if your not at home then the app doesn't work since it 100% relies on the wifi. ... show more

updating my previous review. The connectivity isn't great. I decided to keep the box, as it still cleans even if it's not connected to wifi. It does what i need it to do. The top of the interior does get gross, and you'll definitely want to wipe it down regularly. It comes clean pretty easily, but if you don't clean it, your cat's head is probably brushing against it every time they use the box. Customer support has reached out endlessly regarding the connectivity issues i complained about earlier. I haven't bothered to respond, as the box is doing what i need it to do at the moment. I don't think any of these boxes will ever be perfect, but compared to the much more expensive other brand, I'd say it's performing just fine. The step catches the litter ok, the odor is greatly reduced over a traditional box and the bag lasts about a week with 3 cats. It's easy to fill with litter and bag changes are very easy. Due to connectivity not being consistent, sometimes it takes a bit to recognize the new bag. Overall i'm pleased with the purchase and have found ways to adapt to it's limitations. ... show more

I have just purchased my third Catlink Scooper SE. One I gifted to an elderly lady who had a difficult time scooping litter. She loves it and how simple it is to use. My third will be for my husband who is now in assisted living. Although I love the unit and can’t say enough good things about it, I’m actually writing this review because of the outstanding Customer Service/Support. I had a calibration issue with my unit, emailed them and had a response within hours. I then had a squeaking issue, they responded within hours. This was an issued that had to be researched with their technicians, but they responded within days. Love Catlink and highly recommend. And yes….my cats loved the Scooper SE from day one. ... show more
