The CATCHALL company's focus on quality is evident from unboxing to use of the aids/amplifiers. The highly professional design and manufacturing quality of the packaging, instructions, accessories, charging case and the units themselves is immediately evident. The company clearly operates from a mindset of excellence for the benefit of their customers. The units themselves are small, low profile and designed for ease of use, comfort and discretion. The controls are easy to use and intuitive after reading the well written, clear and concise instructions. They're so comfortable that even on the first day of using them I quickly forgot I had them in. Also, I've had absolutely no conflict problem with my glasses. The sound quality is excellent - and they accurately recreate the mid to higher frequency sounds I've been missing due to my hearing losses. With 9 levels of amplification and 4 modes of background noise cancellation there's more than ample opportunity to customize how they can match your hearing needs. With 35 hours of battery life these units last far longer than most if not all of their competition. While I haven't tested that 35 hour capability, I can attest to their always lasting the 18 hours of my usual day. Moreover, since their charge is only about half depleted, they recharge fully in about, or less than, an hour; meaning for me the charging case (capable for 3-4 full recharges) would be able to recharge them for about a week. Without question I would suggest trying these hearing aids/amplifiers if you're looking for an OTC solution to improve your hearing. ... show more

I tried some very expensive hearing aids but was not happy enough to put out the big bucks. I decided to research Amazon and decided to try these for the much better price. I like the size and stablizer. The accessories including different sizes of eartips(open and closed) are helpful along with other things for variety if needed. The manuel is easy to understand and there is a support email address that is quickly answered if any questions. The little case that is the charger is perfect and small. The volume is easy to adjust and I have not noticed any "tinniest" as I did with the expensive pair. Sound is good just louder and clearer, which is what I want. I am pleased to do so in light of Catchall contacting me and expressing their regrets that this happened. My problem has been corrected .     • Work well, worth the money.
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years these are better than all the multi thousand dollar aids that I have used in the past. They do take a bit of effort to get familiar with all of the options, but well worth the time. I have extreme hearing loss with nerve deafness. They are not perfect for my loss, but I will buy them again. Hope the price doesn't soar out of sight. ... show more
