I love cast iron. These are nice and smooth when they arrive. They say they are pre-seasoned, but I err on the side of caution and season myself. These are a bit larger than I was seeing in my mental picture, but I am good with this. Two eggs in one of these, cooked in an air fryer, is a thin patty suitable for an egg sandwich. These would be great for an 80's style personal pan pizza. Cast iron is for life, no shattering, warping, melting, or just disintegrating. I prefer to buy "well made" once, rather than "cheap" (or "inexpensive") over and over, these are Well Made.
