I like the box. Seems constructed well and light weight yet feels solid. Plenty of room. I’ll probably add a rubber strip around the inside of the lid to enhance water resistance. Only bad part is showed up with a pretty big dent in the corner of the box. Don’t know if that was a shipping issue or sent that way. That’s the reason for 4 vs 5 stars ... show more

I bought this box to use as a top case on my motorcycle. Built a rack to support it. The box is exactly what I wanted, but I agree with the other reviewers about the lock. It sucks. I would have preferred a standard hasp I could put a normal lock on. Main issue for me is that it locks as soon as you close it. Either it's closed and locked or it's flapping in the wind.
