When I received my fireplace, it wasn’t functioning properly. I emailed the company and they responded in less than 24 hours. I sent pics and they identified the problem. They sent me a repair video and I got the replacement piece in a couple days. It was a simple fix and the fireplace looks wonderful in my living room.

Beautiful once it put together! I love the lights and fireplace. I almost want it on all the time, I just don’t want it to go out on me. I found putting it together a little tricky and the two boxes a little inconvenient, but for the price.. worth it!

I added this fireplace/entertainment center in my therapy office and have received a ton of compliments! My clients (especially teens and young adults) appreciate the LED lights and everyone likes the relaxing effects of the fireplace. It recently got cold due to the fall weather and the heater was perfect to warm up the space! I've put together a lot of furniture before and found this pretty easy to install in just a couple hours by myself. I was also pleased with the quality and sturdiness once completed. As with any ordered furniture, assembly is not for the novice. One disappointment with this unit was that the electric fireplace does not have a secure mounting. We utilized some industrial Velcro to secure the fireplace, so it could not just fall out. Unit was packaged well and sustained no damage. We like the additional LED color strips and fireplace operation.
