The sound quality is not great. Background noise is an issue compared to other units I've tried. While chewing food you will hear every chew in your mouth. Sneezing is another thing entirely.

    • right side will not charge
purchased 2 sets of these hearing aids . 4 DAYS after I could not return them to Amazon the set I was using. The right aid stop charging. Thought maybe it was the charger but No I put my wife hearing aid in my charger and it charged . Amazon give me customer service. I called them twice last time was Sept26 ,2023 . Both times I was sent to voice mail. Have not heard a word back form them. If their customer service is that bad and not even try to do a warranty on it. I will advise everyone NOT TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I am hoping Amazon will help me now seeing I have had no contact from them. After all the money I paid for the Hearing Aids ... show more

Day 1 Have volume set on low and hearing perfectly clear! Tv volume went from 60 down to volume set on 14. Still hear tinnitus but now can hear everything in the background. Great buy hope they have longevity performance

More like sound amplifiers, not really hearing aids more of noise amplifiers. Also having trouble getting my refund even after they already received the returned item. Be aware they will TRY!!! to keep your refund.

    • My Mom can actually hear! I'm so excited, she uses them on the lowest setting.
Mom loves the hearing aids.😊.. And so do I. she doesn't say WHAT all the time. lol

Everytime you walk into a room with computers or other electronics, you get this annoying sound constantly in your ear.
