These are really nice and really well made pieces of exercise equipment. The bench is easy to use and easy to adjust, and easily folds into a very small vertical footprint that can be rolled away when not in use. The Dumbbells are fantastic! This bench has been instrumental in helping me to get myself back into shape after 3 years out of the gym and not wanting to risk going to the gym now. I use it 5 or more times a week. Very well made.

The bench and dumbbells are well made. I think they'll last me a long time. It's easy to change out the weight on the dumbbells
