I'll give it five stars for the price. Assembly is fairly simple although the instructions are just okay. It's really less than 10 bolts and eight screws. The weights pretty good. It does have a little more easy to tip side to side then I thought it would have. But for the price I'll give it five stars. If you're handling 150 lb dumbbells and going above 365 with a barbell bench I would find it heavy duty or bench. But for the average home warrior this is great for the price ... show more

The hardware bolts were not labeled for size. A little common sense I still put it together in about 15 minutes, plus 15 minutes to unpack (packaged well). Seems solid and sturdy especially for cost.
