I have not yet used this model, but it appears to be an upgrade with additional features my current aids don’t have. I have had exceptionally good customer service from Cindy at Vivtone for my current Vivtone Lucid 508 model.

I gave the hearing aids to my dad, and it looks like he's really enjoying it! He loves the audio bluetooth function, especially listening to music by phone. It's great to see him so happy.
