I've been trying hearing aids for almost ten years, from inexpensive, to Costo Brand to very expensive. The low-cost brands just didn't work very well at all. It is hard to adjust, requiring pushing buttons on the unit behind your ear. It's just not the best way to adjust the hearing aid. The more expensive brands allowed you to make adjustments through an app on your phone. When I received the hearing aids, I read the instructions and charged the units. It didn't take long since they seemed to be fully charged right out of the box. I placed them in my ears, and they fit comfortably. I then downloaded the app, connected to my Bluetooth, and completed the hearing tests to adjust the hearing aids. I then could adjust the sound level using the app. From there, you can connect to four different environments: #1 Conversation; Low Noisy Scenario. #2 Restaurant: Noisy & Croweded Scenario. #3 Traffic: Subway or Plane Scenario. #4 Outdoor: Noisy & Windy Scenario. This makes it very easy to fine-tune the hearing aids further depending on the environment you are in. At this price point, I would highly recommend this product. ... show more

Had the hearing aids for a month. Some learning issues but they improved my husband's hearing and he liked them. The left one began loosing charge sooner than the right one and it could only be adjusted on the phone. We called the number given for service assistance and left a message. We waited six days (3 days not weekend or holiday) and no response so returned them. Was afraid to get another set without service as advertised. ... show more

These are fantastic hearing aids! There are four different sound settings you can use depending on the environment you are in. And the Bluetooth connection to your phone, makes the app super easy to use. And the app will even check which hearing levels you need some extra volume boost and those that don't; you can actually customize which frequencies to boost and those that don't need it!     • Great product , works better than I ever expected
The MX-smart hearing aids work great. I'm hearing sounds I haven't heard in 50 years. They didn't take me long to get adjusted to the new hearing aids. Now I put them in as soon as I get out of bed in the morning. I had no idea what I've been missing. Great product.

Received these hearing aids and they work great. Hearing aids with the doctor was going to cost me $7500 but I ordered these for $600 and they do the exact same thing as the expensive ones. Love them!

    • Problems
My hearing loss is too severe for this but I didn't know that until I took their test after I received it. The hearing test plays tones to the left hearing aid when you select right and visa versa. Does not stream audio from my iPhone as I had expected.
