I received the plate on a Saturday and I didn’t open it until Sunday. I tried it twice, In the morning and at night, and I didn’t feel much. I had a car accident in 2020 and in 2022 not my fault by the way lol. My leg has been hurting for a really long time. The pain goes from my leg all the way to my back. Sitting down for more than five minutes will make the pain go from 0 to 100 really quick. I’m starting to do stretching exercise, taking vitamins for my bones and all that jazz. And this was one of my last options because I see a lot of people commenting on injury recovery. So my first day was normal and then today oh boy today I said to myself the first and second preset was my cup of tea, not much jiggle jiggle. By the way, I’m still getting the hang of this control. I usually just set the preset program which I want to stop doing and then just manually program what I like. Going back to my second day which is today I went did 20 minutes, in preset 4. Man what a difference. That pinch went away I was like what!?!?! Are you kidding me right now. So far I’m liking this plate I’m not well informed so I can’t say much about the jiggle jiggle power and all that. But I do like it very much.

Very solid vibrating plate with lots of variations on vibration direction and intensity. I wish it had more pre-programmed routines though. On/off switch is a bit of a pain to reach, would be nice if the remote controlled power too. Also plan on replacing the cord if your outlet is more than a few feet from the unit. Detachable cord makes this easy, but it would have been nice have it come with a longer cord. Good value for money overall.

Hi there. I have not had this machine long enough to do a proper review. It takes time to hit the goals you want. I will say this, it was plug and play out of the box, it's a heavy box so make note before ordering that. I had to haul mine from the electronic box system we have to my house in a buggy. It's at least 50 pounds. So please note if you get this product it is not something light. The machine itself is so durable. You can do a lot of diff rent things on it and I have tried a few. I don't recommend starting on this without proper workout shoes. If you think it's cute to workout in socks on this, go right ahead. my feet hurt when I did that.. The machine itself is just really good quality.. I feel so good after my little 10 minutes ( working slowly) is up. I sit on it too and let the back of my legs and buns get a workout as well. I have started doing squats with it and a few other things. I also did floor work. this really works when you start doing bridge poses and the like. Its going to take time to reach any goal that you get to, just get on the machine and go. I watch tv when I am on and it makes the time go so quickly. Also give yourself a break. Start off at your own pace and get used to how you stand and balance on it. I hope this helps me with my fitness plan, and I hope that when you get yours you have success as well. I just started on this on October 2, 2019 so after Thanksgiving I will try to give a better review as far as how my goals are coming along. The more you use it and work with it properly, you will see results. It's not hard on your body at all. You will feel the burn too.

Order: Arrived faster than I expected and in good condition. ME: Middle age male, ~5'11", 200 lbs, very fit - gym 6 days/week (weight lifting, cardio), walk 15 miles/week. Office worker, not a fitness professional. IMPRESSION/USAGE TO DATE: Solidly built and heavy (a good thing). Documentation is easy to follow. I've used it twice (2x). 1) Evening to "relax" and circulation - 3D vibration at lowest level program. 2) Next morning after a heavy weightlifting "leg" workout - same purpose and setting. Both sessions: very smooth movement and very quiet. Even at the low setting, I was very surprised at how much the vibrating transmitted up my legs - a lot more body movement that I was expecting (good thing). Also, seems to engage the abdominals more than I anticipated (good thing). REASON FOR PURCHASE: Based on my reading, this platform has all the vibration variations currently being discussed in articles found on the web (i.e. 3D, horizontal, and vertical) with frequencies/amplitudes recommended). Ability to adjust speeds, amplitudes, etc... Platform size width/length. Some of their other models have reviews but, this one did not. I decided to take a "chance". I was able to find the company's website - made me a bit more willing to take the chance. MY GOAL: Improve/shorten weightlifting workout recovery. I was primarily interested in the possible circulation benefits of "vibration platforms". Heavy weight leg workouts have always left me sore for days (decades of lifting) and when I have been using the foam roller on my calves, my feet feel much better (circulation?). I've experienced some benefits with vibration therapy (my version) using a vibrating foam roller (i.e. sitting upright in a chair, calves vertical to floor with heals of my feet on the vibrating roller). So, I decided to try this platform. RESULTS (thus far): Based on just two (2) sessions of 10 minutes each (not a lot yet), results are promising! Session 1 at night - very relaxed and slept better than normal. Session 2 morning after leg workout - no leg soreness thus far which is a huge improvement for me. I sit at work and normally, on a leg lifting day, after sitting for 1-2 hours, I'm very sore. NOT TODAY - 7 hours since leg workout and have been sitting for 2-3 hours already today. Unexpected, mild, abdominal firmness not quite soreness - will be interested how it hits the abdominals at higher settings (I do some form of "standard" abdominal work 6 days per week).
